Claims (6)

  1. 카번블랙 제조로에 있어서, 연소구역, 상기 연소구역의 하류측에 노의 축선방향으로 그와 접속하여 마련된 소직경부의 반응구역 및 상기 반응구역의 하류측의 노의 축선 방향으로 그와 접속하여 마련된 반응종결구역을 함유하고, 연료유의 연소를 통하여 상기 연소구역에 고온의 연소가스흐름을 형성하고, 상기 반응구역의 상기 고온의 연소가스 흐름에 원료유를 공급하여 상기 연료유의 열분해를 통하여 카번블랙을 생성하고, 상기 반응구역에서 종결하여 형성된 카번 블랙을 급랭하며, 상기 연소구역의 노의 내벽은 하기의 부재(A)(B)및 (C)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 내화재료로 만들어지고 그리고 또한 적어도 상기 반응구역의 소직경부의 노의 내벽부분은 하기의 부재(A)(B) 및 (C)만들어진 카번블랙 제조로. (A)칼시아, 마그네시아, 이트리아 및 세리아로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 산화물을 각각 함유하는 안정된 지르코니아층 및 안정된 하프니아층으로 구성되는 적층을 함유하는 지르코니아－하프니아 내화재. (B)아트리아를 함유하는 안정된 지르코니아 층 및 칼시아를 함유하는 안정된 지르코니아 층으로 구성된 적층을 함유하는 지르코니아 내화재, 그리고(C)알루미나 층 및 이트리아 층으로 구성된 적층을 함유하는 알루미나－이트리아 내화제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화재료(A)의 안정된 지르코니아 및 안정된 하프니아는 부분적으로 안정된 지르코니아, 완전히 안정된 지르코니아, 부분적으로 안정된 하프니아 및 완전히 안정된 하프니아로 이루어지는 군으로부터 각각 선택되는, 카번블랙제조로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화재료(B)의 이트리아를 함유하는 안정된 지르코니아 및 칼시아를 함유하는 안정된 지르코니아는 이트리아를 함유하는 부분적으로 안정된 지르코니아, 이트리아를 함유하는 완전히 안정된 지르코니아, 칼시아를 함유하는 부분적으로 안정된 지르코니아 및 칼시아를 함유하는 완전히 안정된 지르코니아로 이루어지는 군으로부터 각각 선택된, 카번블랙 제조로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화재료(A)의 하프니아 층의 측이 노내부에 노출되는, 카번블랙 제조로.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화재료(B)의 이트리아를 함유하는 지르코니아 층의 측이 노내부에 노출되는, 카번블랙 제조로.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내화재료(C)의 이트리아 층의 측이 노내부에 노출되는 카번블랙 제조로.
