제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전지셀 장치의 일실시태양으로, 연소된 배기 가스의 재순환과, 유입되는 신선한 공급 연료 및 소비연료의 혼합과, 신선한 공급연료를 직접 가스성 소비연료 재순환 챈넬속으로 순차적으로 제공하기 위한 측관형 챈넨을 나타낸 측단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 신선한 가스성공급 연료 흡입구와 ; 가스성 공급 산화제 흡입구와; 가스성 소비연료 재순환 첸넬과; 개별적인, 고온의 연소 배기 가스 배출 첸넬과; 연소 쳄버와; 상기 연소 쳄과 변환 쳄버사이에 위치되고, 각기 외측 연료 전국 및 내측 공기 전극을 구비한 복수개의 전지셀을 포함하는 발전기 쳄버와; 변환 물질을 포함하는 변환쳄버를 구비하는 전지장치에 있어서, 상기 소비 연료 재순환 첸넬이 상기 발전기 챔버로부터 통과하여 순환 및혼합장치에서 상기 신선한 연료 공급 흡입구와 결합하게 되고, 변환 가능한 연료 혼합물 첸넬이 상기 순환 및 혼합장치와 상기 변환 쳄버에 연결되며, 상기 변환 쳄버가 상기 발전기 쳄버에 연결되고, 상기 고온의 연소 배기 가스 배출 첸넬의 일부분이 상기 변환 쳄버를 둘러싸며, 상기 신선한 연료 흡입구가 상기 가스성 소비연료 재순환 첸넬속으로 횡관 첸넬을 구비하고, 상기 횡관 첸넬이 밸브를 구비하여 상기 가스성 소비연료 재순환 첸넬로 신선한 공급 연료 흐름을 제어하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 쳄버가 절연체로 주름진 금속성 하우징 내부에 수용 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전시셀은 연료셀이고, 상기 공기전극은 도프된 LaMnO₃를 포함하고, 상기 전해질은 이트리아를 안정시킨 지르코니아이고, 상기 연료 전극은 지르코니아-니켈 도성 합금 물질은 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 순환 및 혼합장치가 배출기 메키니즘 인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매성 변환 물질이 상기 셀에 인접하거나 그위의 상기 발전기 쳄버 내부 또는 상기 발전기 쳄버내의 그 밖의 장소에도 분배되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고온의 연소배기 가스 배출 첸넬이 상기 변환 쳄버를 둘러싸는 부분에 열전도핀이 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환 쳄버를 둘러싸고 있는 상기 고온의 연소 배기가스 배출 첸넬 부분에 의해, 가스 흐름이 상기 변환 쳄버의 축선을 가로지르도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치가 가스성 산화제 및 신선한 가스성 공급 연료로 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
