Claims (9)
- ⒜중합체를 용매에 최소한 부분적으로 용해시켜 중합체/용매 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; ⒝상기 혼합물을 혼합기내에서 배합하는 도중에 고온 엘라스토머에 가하는 단계; ⒞혼합기의 전단 작용을 이용하여 혼합도중에 상기 중합체를 섬유로 형성시키는 단계; 및 ⒟고무 혼합온도에서 상기 용매를 증발 및 스트리핑시키는 단계를 포함하는, 엘라스토머 자체내에서의 중합체 섬유의 형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체로 고온 용융 열가소성 중합체를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체로 높은 유리전이온도를 갖는 중합체를 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체를 폴리페닐렌옥사이드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리 아릴레이트, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리아미드, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트, 셀룰로즈 아세테이트 부티레리트, 폴리카보네이트, 및 그이 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 5내지 30중량%의 중합체를 포함하는 중합체/용매 혼합물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 고성능 중합체인 섬유를 형성하는 중합체/용매 혼합물 중의 엘라스토머에 도입됨으로 하는 엘라스토머 자체내에 상기 섬유를 형성시킨 섬유 강화 엘라스토머.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 200℃ 이상의 융점을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 엘라스토머.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 약 150℃ 이상이 유리전이온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 섬유 강화 엘라스터머.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유가 없는 대조 화합물에 비해 탄성율이 10내지 150% 개선된 섬유 강화 엘라스토머.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
