Claims (5)
- 오르토-클로로페놀을 용매로 한 35℃에서의 극한점도가 0.7-1.0인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT) 수지 50-78중량% ; 길이 3-6mm 및 직경 8-15μ인 유리섬유 5-40중량% ; 그리고 그의 첨가제를 혼련, 압출시켜 성형한 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제가(a) 구조식(a)의 브롬옥사이드계 난연제, (b) 삼산화 안티몬 난연 상승제, (c) 소디옴 스테아레이트 이형제, (d) 일반식(d)의 상용제 및 (e) 분자량이 10,000-40,000이고 IV가 0.5-0.8인 일반식(e)의 또 다른 상용제로 이루어진 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물 :(위의 식(II)에서, m은 2n이며, n은5의 범위임).
- 제1항에 있어서, PBT/첨가제의 비율이 4.3-4.9중량비인 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, (d)와 (e)를 1 : 4의 비율로 한 톨루엔과의 용액을 첨가제에 혼합시킨 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, (a)/(b)의 비율이 2-3중량비, (c)/(a)+(b)+(c)가 0.02-0.06, (d)/(a)+(b)+(c)+(d)+(e)가 0.005-0.02 그리고 (e)/(a)+(b)+(c)+(d)+(e)가 0.01-0.02인 폴리에스테르 수조 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
