Claims (5)

  1. 유체유입포트 및 유체배출포는를 갖는 하우징, 상기 하우징내에 고정 위치되며 그로부터 상기 하우징 내로 제1회전선요소가 연장되는 단부판을 갖는 고정스크롤, 그로부터 제2회선요소가 연장되는 단부판을 갖는 궤도 스크를 (상기 제1및 제2회선요소들은 반경방향 및 각을 이룬 상태로 상호 편위된 상태로 접촉되어 다수의 접촉선들을 형성하며, 이에 의해 1조 이상의 밀봉된 유체포킷들이 형성됨), 상기 궤도스크롤에 가동연결되어 상기 궤도스크롤에 궤도 운동을 인가하는 구동장치, 상기 궤도스크롤의 궤도 이동중에 상기 궤도 이동을 방지하여 상기 유체포킷들의 체적이 궤도 이중중에 변화하여 포킷내의 유체를 압축하고 이와같이 압축된 유체를 상기 스크롤들에 의해 형성된 중앙유체포킷들로 부터 상기 단부판들중의 하나에 형성된 배출구를 통해 배출되도록 하는 회전방지장치, 및 상기 스크롤들중의 하나의 단부판을 통해 형성되어 하나이상의 밀봉된 유체포킷과 상기 하나의 스크롤의 상기 단부판의 각각의 회선요소의 반대측 사이를 연통시키는 제1유체통로를 구성하는 1조 이상의 구멍을 포함하는 용량조절장치를 포함하는 스크롤형 유체압축기에 있어서, 상기 스크롤중 다른 스크롤의 회선요소의 축방향 단부면을 따라 세개이상의 밀봉요소가 연속적으로 마련되고,상기 3개이상의 밀봉요소들은 그들 사이에 2개이상의 격설된 부분들을 형성하고, 상기 2개이상의 격설된 부분들은 상기 스크롤의 상대 궤도 이동중에 상기 1조 이상의 구멍들을 지나도록 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스코롤형 유체압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1조 이상의 구멍들이 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정스크롤의 상기 원형 단부판은 상기 하우징의 내부를 전방 격실과 후방격실로 분할하고, 상기 전방격실은 상기 유체유입포트와 연통되고, 상기 후방격실은 상기 유체배출포트와 중앙유체포킷 사이에서 연통되는 배출격실과 중간 압력 격실로 분할되고, 상기 제1유체통로는 상기 유체포킷과 상기 중간 압력격실 사이에 형성되고, 상기 고정스크롤의 상기 단부판을 통해 형성되는 연통통로는 상기 중간 압력격실과 상기 전방격실 사이에 제2유체통로를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 1조 이상의 구멍들이 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 유체압축기.
