Claims (12)

  1. 한면이 열접착수지의 점선으로 덮힌 짜지 않은 직물로 이루어지며 이같은 짜지않은 직물이 아무런 바인딩(접착)제도 포함하지 않는 섬유의 웨브이며, 이같은 웨브 두께가 50g/㎡이하이고, 평균직경이 1과 6㎛ 사이인 열접착 인터라이닝(interlining).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고압유체 흐름작용에 의해 섬유들이 섞임을 특징으로 하는 열접착 인터라이닝.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 웨브가 섬유의 열용융에 의해 획득된 접착점들을 포함함을 특징으로하는 열접착 인터라이닝.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 웨브를 구성시키는 섬유가 단지 하나의 구성 성분만을 가지며, 접착점들이 모든섬유의 부분적 용융에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 열접착 인터라이닝.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 각기 다른 용융점들을 갖는 여러 카테고리 섬유의 혼합물로 구성되기 때문에 접착점들의 가장낮은 용융점을 갖는 섬유를 용융에 의해 그리고 이들의 다른 섬유와의 접착 또는 서로간의 접착에 의해 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 열접착 인터라이닝.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 웨브가 부분적으로 각기 다른 용융점을 갖는 섬유들로 되어있으며, 점착점들이 가장 낮은 용융점을 갖는 섬유부분들을 용융시키고 이들을 다른 섬유부분들에 접착시키거나 서로들간에 점착시키므로써 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 열접착 인터라이닝.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 웨브가 폴리아미드 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열접착 인터라이닝.
  8. a)두 카테고리 입자가 각기 다른 용융점을 갖는 열가소성 재료부터의 두 카테고리의 입자들을 익스트러젼호퍼(압출호퍼) 내에서 혼합시키고; b)구멍직경이 200과 300㎛사이인 구멍을 갖는 압출플레이트로 밀어내며, 그리고 부분적으로 각기다른 용융점을 가지며 필라멘트의 평균직경이 1과 5㎛ 사이인 마이크로 섬유들이 응집되지 않고 50g/㎡보다도 두께가 가벼운 웨브를 생산하도록한 속도로 이동하는 무한 컨베이어에서 0.5와 5바아 사이의 가압된 공기흐름에 의해 상기 혼합물로부터 획득된 용융된 상태의 열가소성재를 스프레이하고; c)두개의 실린더 사이를 웨브가 통과하도록 하며, 그중 적어도 하나가 포인트-바이-포인트로 무늬가 새겨진 가열 실린더이고, 온도는 두 카테고리의 용융점 사이의 온도로 만들어지며; d)설명된 바와 같이 열접착된 섬유의 웨브상에 열용융수지의 점선을 위치시키며 이같은 수지를 건조시키는 열접착 인터라이닝 생산방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 두 실린더중 하나가 웨브를 두 카테고리 섬유의 용융점 사이온도에까지 웨브를 가열시킬 수 있는 가열실린더임을 특징으로하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열가소성재가 폴리아미드이며, 첫번째 카테고리의 입자가 약130℃의 용융점을 가지며, 두번째 카테고리의 입자는 약 200℃의 용융점을 갖고, 첫번째 카테고리 입자 30-35%와 두번째 카테고리입자 65~70%를 포함하는 균질의 혼합물이 호퍼내로 삽입되며, 가열실린더의 온도가 140과 160℃사이임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 가열실린더 또는 실린더의 온도 그리고 실린더에 의해 웨브에 가해진 압력이 되도록이면 무늬가 새겨진 실린더와 접촉하는 웨브이면을 향하여 용융이 일어날 수 있도록 정해지며 열접착 수지가 웨브의 다른한면 위에 용착됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 웨브를 두 카테고리 섬유의 용융점 사이온도로 가져가기 위해 필요한 온도상승이 초음파 작용에 의해 획득됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
