Claims (3)

  1. 적색발광 형광체 (Y2O2S, Eu) 입자의 표면에 은 부활황화 아현 카드뮴 형광체[(Zn,Cd)S, Ag]를 피착시킨것을 특징으로 하는 적색발광 형광체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 온 부활황화 아연 카드뮴 형광체는 0.1-0.5㎛의 입자직경을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 적색발광 형광체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 은 부활황화 아연 카드뮴 형광체는 적색발광 형광체 (Y2O2S, Eu)에 대해 0.05-0.5 중량%의 비율로 첨가, 피착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색발광 형광체.
