Claims (28)
- 다수의 컬럼구역을 가지며 최소한 두개의 컬럼구역에서 구조적 패킹으로 이루어진 질량 전달 엘레먼트를 갖는 최소한 하나의 컬럼, 및 공급공기를 설비내로 공급시키며 생성물을 설비밖으로 통과시키는 수단으로 이루어진 공기 분리 설비로소, 상기 컬럼이 제1구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도가 상기 컬럼의 제2구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도와 상이함을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 구역에서 컬럼의 내부직경이 동일함을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2구역이 제1구역에 비해 좀더높고, 제2구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도가 제1구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도와 상이하며 제1구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도를 초과함을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.
- 제3항에 있어서, 제1구역이 컬럼의 최하단 구역임을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.
