Claims (28)

  1. 다수의 컬럼구역을 가지며 최소한 두개의 컬럼구역에서 구조적 패킹으로 이루어진 질량 전달 엘레먼트를 갖는 최소한 하나의 컬럼, 및 공급공기를 설비내로 공급시키며 생성물을 설비밖으로 통과시키는 수단으로 이루어진 공기 분리 설비로소, 상기 컬럼이 제1구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도가 상기 컬럼의 제2구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도와 상이함을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 구역에서 컬럼의 내부직경이 동일함을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2구역이 제1구역에 비해 좀더높고, 제2구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도가 제1구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도와 상이하며 제1구역에서의 구조적 패킹의 패킹밀도를 초과함을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제1구역이 컬럼의 최하단 구역임을 특징으로 하는 공기 분리 설비.

  18. 제17항에 있어서, 혼합물이 산소와 질소로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
