Claims (27)
- (A)산소, 질소 및 아르곤으로 이루어진 공급물을 하나 이상의 정류컬럼으로 이루어진 메인 컬럼시스템에 공급하고, (B)공급물을 메인 컬럼시스템 내에서 대류-증기 액체 접촉시켜 질소 강화 및 산소강화 성분들로 분리하고, (C)아르곤 및 산소로 이루어진 유체를 상기 컬럼시스템에서 아르곤컬럼으로 통과시키고, (D)유체를 아르곤콜럼 내에서 대류 증기-액체 접촉시켜 아르곤강화 및 산소강화 성분들로 분리하고, (E)대류 증기-액체 접촉을 아르곤컬럼 하부 내에서 단둘로 이루어진 증기-액체 접촉 엘레멘트 및 아르곤컬럼의 나머지부분 내에서 패킹으로 이루어진 증기-액체 접촉 엘레멘트 상에서 수행하는 것으로 이루어진 저온 정류방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아르곤컬럼의 하부가 접촉 증기 및 액체의 아르곤함량이 75% 이하인 부분으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아르곤컬럼의 하부가 접촉 증기 및 액체의 아르곤함량이 50% 이하인 부분으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아르곤컬럼의 하부가 접촉 증기 및 액체의 아르곤함량이 25% 이하인 부분으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아르곤컬럼의 하부 내의 증기-액체 접촉 엘레멘트가 모두 단(tray)으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아르곤컬럼의 나머지 부분 내의 증기-액체 접촉 엘레멘트가 모두 패팅으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패킹은 조직패킹으로 이루어진 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산소강화 성분을 아르곤컬럼에서 메인 컬럼시스템으로 통과시키는 것으로 이루어진 방법.

- 제16항에 있어서, 아르곤 컬럼의 하부가 아르곤컬럼 전체 높이의 50% 미만으로 이루어진 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 아르곤 컬럼의 하부가 아르곤컬럼 전체 높이의 25% 미만으로 이루어진 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서, 아르곤 컬럼의 하부가 아르곤컬럼 전체 높이의 10% 미만으로 이루어진 장치.
