Claims (5)

  1. 진한 아세트산중 a)일반식(I)의 인지질 및 c)주사되는 활성성분 또는 이의 혼합물, 또는 a)일반식(I)의 인지질, b)일반식(Ⅱ)의 인지질 및 c)주사되는 활성성분 또는 이의 혼합물의 용액 또는 현탁액을 담체 액체 d)에 분산시키고, 수득가능한 분산제의 PH를 약제학적으로 허용되는 수준으로 만들고 주사 제제에 적합한 보조제를 첨가하고, 임의로 직경 범위가 바라직한 리포좀 분획을 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, a)일반식(I)의 인지질, b)임의로 추가 결합되는 일반식(Ⅱ)의 일지질 c)주사되는 활성 성분 또는 이의 혼합물 및 d)약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 액체와 필요한 경우, 주사 제제에 적합한 다른 보조제를 포함하는 주사용 리포좀 분산제를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 C10-C20아실이고, R2는 수소 또는 C10-20아실이며; Ra1,Rb및 Rc는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬이고, n은 1내지 4의 정수이며, R3은 C10-20아실이고; R4는 수소, 또는 C10-20아실이며; R5는 수소, C1-4알킬, 카복시에 의해 치환된 C1-5알킬, 하이드록시에 의해 치환된 C2-5알킬또는 카복시 및 아미노에 의해 치환된 C2-5알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1항에 따르는 과정을 수행함을 특징으로 하여, a)기본적으로 순수한 합성 1-n 핵사데 카노일-2-(9-시스-옥타데케노일)-3-sn-포스파티딜콜린(I), b)필요한경우에 a)와 결합되는, 기본적으로 순수한 합성 1,2-디-(9-시스-옥타데케노일)-3-sn-포스파티딜-S-세린(Ⅱ) c)정맥내 투여되는 활성 성분 및 d)약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 액체 및 필요한 경우, 주사 제제에 적합한 보조제를 포함하는, 정맥내 투여할 수 있는 리포좀 분산제를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1항에 따르는 과정을 수행함을 특징으로 하여, a)기본적으로 순수한 합성 1-n-헥사데카노일-2-(9-시스-옥타데케노일)-3-sn-포스파티딜콜린(I), b)필요한 경우에 a)와 결합되는, 기본적으로 순수한 합성 나트륨 1,2,-디-(9-시스-옥타데케노일)-3-sn-포스파티딜-S-세린(Ⅱ) c)카바마제핀, 합성된 사람의 칼시토닌 또는 N-아세틸-D-무라밀-L-알라닐-D-이소글루타미닐-L-알라닌-2-(1,2-디팔미토일-sn-글리세로-3-하이드록시포스포릴옥시)에틸아미드 및 d)약제학적으로 허용되는 액체 담체 및 필요한 경우, 주사 제제에 적합한 보조제를 포함하는, 정맥내 투여할 수 있는 리포좀 분산제를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 빙초산 중의 성분 a),및 c)또는 a), b) 및 c)의 용액 또는 현탁액을 담체 액체 d)에 분산시키고, 수독가능한 분산제의 PH를 7.2 내지 7.4 수준으로 만드는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 따르는 방법으로 수득가능한 리포좀 분산제.
