본 고안의 프레스 금형에 관한 것으로, 특히 벤딩시 소재가 빨려감을 방지하여 벤딩부를 정확하게 성형할 수 있도록 한 공정다이(Progessive Die)에서 벤딩시 빨려감 방지장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a press mold of the present invention, and more particularly, to a device for preventing sucking when bending in a process die (Progessive Die) to prevent the material from being sucked and to form the bending part accurately.
종래 일반적인 프레스금형에서 소재(W)에 벤딩부(B)를 벤딩가공함에 있어서는 제4도와 같이 벤딩펀치(11)와 다이(12)의 다이공(13)에 의하여 소재(W)를 벤딩하는 것인바 이때 펀치(11)가 소재(W)를 다이공(13)내로 끌고 들어가려는 힘이 작용하게 되기 때문에 소재(W)의 다이(12)상면에 접해져 있는 부위가 빨려가게 되어 정확한 위치에서 벤딩되지 않게 되는 문제점이 또한 이러한 빨려감을 방지하기 위하여 게이지핀으로 소재 표면을 눌러주는 방법이 고려될 수는 있으나 이런 경우에는 벤딩성형완성된 제품의 외관을 손상시키기 때문에 적용할 수 없으며, 특히 연속된 소재(W)를 연속적으로 공급하면서 단계적으로 천공, 파팅(Parting), 벤딩등의 가공을 하는 연속 공정다이의 경우에는 천공을 먼저 수행하고 최종적으로 파팅과 함께 벤딩을 수행하게 되는바, 천공단계에서는 최종제품을 구성하지 않은 부분을 게이지 핀으로 눌러줌으로써 정확한 위치에 가공을 할 수 있으나, 파팅 및 벤딩과정에서는 이미 최정제품을 구성하는지 않는 부분을 파팅되고 최종제품을 구성하는 부위만이 남아 있는 상태이기 때문에 게이지 핀으로 눌러주는 방법은 적용할 수 없는 실정이다.Bending the material W by the bending punch 11 and the die hole 13 of the die 12 as shown in FIG. 4 when bending the bending part B to the material W in a conventional press mold.
