제1도는값, 신장, 인장강도, 원뿔대 성형높이등의 냉연강판의 특성과 냉간 압연에서의 판온과 변형속도의 곱이 50000℃/S를 만족하는 각 경로의 압연감소율의 합과의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
Claims (4)
- C : 0.02 wt% 이하, Si : 1.0 wt% 이하, Mn : 2.0 wt% 이하, Ti : 0.01 wt%-0.10 wt%이고, Ti>(48/12) C wt%+(48/14) N wt%를 만족하는 범위에서 함유하며, 또한, Nb : 0.0010 wt%-0.0100 wt%, B : 0.0002 wt%-0.0020 wt%, P : 0.03 wt%-0.20 wt%, S : 0.03 wt% 이하, Al : 0.010 wt%-0.100 wt%, N : 0.008 wt% 이하, O : 0.0045 wt% 이하이고, 나머지가 철 및 불가피한 불순물로 된 강을 통상의 주조, 열간 압연후 냉각압연에서, 판온 T(℃)이 300℃ 이하이고, 또한 상기 판온 T(℃)와 압연에서의 변형속도(S-1)와의 관계가 T×≥50,000℃/S를 만족하는 각 경로의 압연 감소율의 합이 50% 이상으로 되는 압연을 하고, 그후, 연속 소둔을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공용 고 장력 냉연 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, P : 0.04 wt%-0.15 wt%, O : 0.004wt% 이하인 가공용 고장력 냉연 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 랜포오드 값()이 1.8 이상이고, 또한 인장강도가 40Kgf/㎟ 이상, 신장(E1.)이 40% 이상, 원뿔대 성형높이가 40㎜ 이상의 각 가공특성을 갖는 가공용 고장력 냉연 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속 소둔 대신에 합금화 용융 아연 도금 처리를 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가공용 고장력 냉연 강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
