Claims (17)
- 용기내에 광경화성 액체 조성물을 함유하는, 연속적인 광경화성 시이트를 상형성 방식으로 화학선에 노출시킴으로써 일체의 삼차원 물체를 조립하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 하기 단계 (a)-(g)로 구성됨을 개선점으로 하는 방법, (a)조성물의 제1영역을 화학선에 노출시켜 전구체 사이트를 광형성하는 단계, (b)전구체 시이트를 조성물의 제2영역으로 이동시키는 단계, (c)전구체 시이트를 상형방식으로 노출시켜 광경화된 및 광경화안된 영역을 생성하는 단계, (d)조성물의 제1영역을 화학선에 다시 노출시켜 새로운 전구체 시이트를 광형성하는 단계, (e)새로운 전구체 시이트를 앞서 상형성 방식으로 노출된 전구체 시이트의 정상위 조성물의 제2영역을 이동시키는 단계, (f)새로운 전구체 시이트를 상형방식으로 노출시켜 광경화된 및 광경화안된 영역을 생성하는 단계, (g)삼차원 물체가 완성될때까지 단계 (d) 내지 (g)를 반복하는 단계.
- 하기 단계(a)-(g)로 구성되는, 물체의 다수의, 광경화성액체 조성물의 인접한 광형성된 전구체 시이트의 광경화된 부분에 해당하는, 단면부분으로 부터 일체의 삼차원 물체를 조립하기 위한 방법, (a)조성물의 제1영역을 화학선에 전체적으로 노출시켜 파괴없이 처리 및 이동될 정도로 충분히 높은 일체성을 가지나, 분해성 환경에서 파괴될 정도로 낮은 일체성을 여전히 유지하는 제1전구체 시이트를 적절하게 광형성하는 단계, (b)시이트를 제2영역으로 이동시키는 단계, (c)이동된 전구체 시이트를 물체의 각각의 단면 부분에 해당하는 패턴으로 화학선에 상형방식으로 노출시켜, 단면 부분을 적절하게 광경화시키고, 이리하여 시이트가 광경화된 부분과 광경화안된 부분과 광경화안된 부분으로 분리되는 단계, (d)조성물이 제1영역을 화학선에 전체적으로 노출시켜 파괴없이 처리 및 이동될 정도로 높은 일체성을 가지나, 분해 환경에서 파괴될 정도를 낮은 일체성을 여전히 유지하는 새로운 전구체 시이트를 적절하게 광형성하는 단계, (e)새로운 시이트를 앞서 단계(a) 내지 (c)를 적용시킨 시이트 위에 이동시켜 정지하는 단계, (f)새로이 정치된 전구체 시이트를 물체의 또 다른 각각의 단면 부분에 해당하는 패턴으로 화학선에 상형성방식으로 노출시켜, 적절하게 광경화시키고 광경화된 부분을 임의의 바로 아래에 놓인 광경화된 부분과 연결시키고, 이때, 새로운 시이트는 또한 광경화된 부분과 광경화된 부분으로 분리되는 단계, 및 (g)삼차원 물체에 해당하는 모든 단면 부분이 완성되고 서로 연결될때까지 (d)내지 (f)를 반복하는 단계.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 경화안된 부분을 제거하는 단계가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 노출 단계 (a)와 (d)는 일광 노출에 의해 실행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상형성 방식의 노출 단계 (c)와(f)는 레이저 비임에 의해 실행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상형성 방식의 노출단계(c)와 (f)는 가변성 광학 밀도 광마스크를 통해 실행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전체적으로 노출하는 단계 (a)와 (d)는 레이저 비임에 의해 실행되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 전구체 시이트는 제1영역에서 연속 방법으로 형성되고, 제2영역에서 롤의 형태로 감기는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 광경화성 조성물을 개방 표면을 제공하고, 제1영역은 개방 표면의 일부인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제2영역은 개방표면 부근인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1전구체 시이트는 기부 상에 정치되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 단계(c)후 및 단계(e)전에 단면 부분의 두께만큼 기부를 하강시키는 단계가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 조성물의 제1영역을 화학선에 전체적으로 노출시켜 전구체 시이트를 광형성하기 위한 제1노출 요소, 전구체 시이트를 제1영역으로 부토 제2영역으로 이동시키기 위한 수단, 전구체 시이트를, 제2영역에서, 물체의 단면부분에 해당하는 패턴으로 화학선에 상형성방식으로 노출시키기 위한 제2노출 요소로 구성되는, 물체의 다수의, 광경화성 액체 조성물의 인접한 광경화된 전구체 시이트의 광경화된 부분에 해당하는, 단면 부분으로 부터 일체의 삼차원 물체를 조립하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 전구체 시이트가 이산 형태인 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 전구체 시이트가 연속 형태인 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2노출요소가 단일 요소로 구성되는 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 제2위치에서 연속 전구체 시이트를 롤링하기 위한 수단이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
