Claims (1)

  1. 정백미를 수세후 인산수소2나트륨1% 수용액에 첨지후 생쌀을 기준으로 0.02-0.05중량%의 전분분해 효소를 첨가하여 90-95℃에서 8-15분간 물에 열탕침지후 100℃상압에서 15분간 또는 121℃가압에서 3분간 열처리하는 낱알이 분리된 미반제조방법.
