Claims (2)
- 강철 작업편의 표면이 교류에 의하여 활성화되는 유도기 코일로써 길이 방향을 다라서 가로지르고 그후에 즉시 작업편의 가열된 부분을 담금질한 후에 작업편의 직선도를 조사하고 정보를 활용함으로써 유도경화공정동안에 제어되는 경화된 표면이 있는 작업편에서의 휨을 직선화하고 더 큰 두께의 경화물질의 층이 휨을 제거하기 위하여 작용하는 직선화 모멘트를 생성하기 위하여 작업편에서 임의의 휨의 오목한 측 상에 형성되도록 하는 방식으로 작업편의 가열 또는 담금질 또는 가열 및 담금질을 제어할 수 있고 유도기 코일이 작업편의 단지 원주부분을 가열하도록 또는 원주의 한 부분에 더욱 열을 집중하도록 형성되어지고, 작업편의 회전속력은 작업편의 오목측이 집중된 가열영역에서 더 길게 남아있도록 허용하기 위하여 변화되고 이 측상에 더 깊은 마르텐사이트 층을 받도록 담금질되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사유도경화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유도코일이 원형 또는 비원형 단면의 작업편 상에 마르텐사이트 층의 두께를 제어하기 위하여 작업편축에 방사상으로 움직이도록 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주사유도경화방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
