Claims (13)

  1. 특히 주조업용 코어 및 금형의 제조, 벽돌 및 코브(cob)의 제조 및 용광로의 개구를 탭핑 시키기 위한 충전물의 제조용으로 사용되고 a) 실리카, 알루미나, 탄소와 같은 높은 기계 특성을 갖는 내화성 광물 과립의 충전제, b) 이 충전제의 과립을 함께 결합시켜, 결국 상기 충전제용으로 적절한 열경화성 형태의 하나 이상의 주(primary) 또는 주요 결합제, 및 c) 주 결합제의 결점을 개선하고/ 하거나 고정하는 하나 이상의 부(secondary) 결합체를 함유하는 형태의 냉 또는 열상태로 즉시 경화 가능한 내화성 조성물에 있어서, 비누화에 의하여 개질되는 충분한 산가의 탄소질 생성물을 비누화 시켜 부결합제를 수득하고, 이 부 결합제는 자체의 유화특성에 의하여 열 경화성 주 결합제와의 혼화성이 부여되을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비누화에 의하여 개질되는 탄소질 생성물이 천연 또는 합성수지, 및/또는 식물, 동물 또는 합성오일 및/또는 상기 오일의 수지산 또는 지방산 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 비누화에 의하여 개질되는 탄소질 생성물의 산가가 40 내지 300임을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 비누화 조작전에 탄소질 생성물을 에스테르화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부결합재가 (주+부) 복합 결합제의 10내지 60중량 %를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
  6. 하나 이상의 주 또는 주요 결합제와 혼합하여 실리카, 알루미나, 탄소와 같은 높은 기계 특성을 갖는 내화성 광물 과립의 충전제의 과립을 함께 결합 시키는 열경화성 형태의 부 결합제에 있어서, 비누화에 의하여 개질 되는데 충분한 산가의 탄소질 생성물을 비누화 시켜 수독함을 특징으로 하는 부결합제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 비누화에 의하여 개질되는 탄소질 생성 물이 천연 또은 합성수지, 및/또는 식물, 동물 또는 합성 오일 및/또는 상기 오일의 수지산 또는 지방산 중에서 선택되는 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 부 결합제.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 비누화에 의하여 개질되는 탄소질 생성물의 산가가 40내지 300임을 특징으로 하는 부결합제.
  9. 제6항 또는 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비누화 조작전에 에스테르화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 부 결합제.
  10. 하나 이상의 부결합제, 및 충전제를 결합 시키기에 적절한 열경화성 형태의 하나 이상의 주 또는 주요 결합제의 혼합물을 함유하는, 실리카, 알루미나, 탄소와 같은 높은 기계 특성을 갖는 내화성 광물 과립의 충진제의 과립을 함께 결합 시키는 복합 결합제에 있어서, 상기 부 결합재는 부누화에 의하여 개질되는 충분한 산가의 탄소질 생성물을 비누화 시켜 수득되며, 따라서 상기 부 결합제는 자체의 유화 특성에 의하여, 열경화성 주 결합제와 혼화성이 부여됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 결합체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 비누화 후에 부 결합제를 구성하는, 비누화에 의해 개질되는 탄소질 생성물이 천연 또는 합성수지, 및/또는 식물, 동물 또는 합성 오일 및/또는 상기 오일의 수지산 및 지방산 중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 결합체.
  12. 비누화 후에 부 결합제를 구성하는, 비누화에 의해 개질 되는 탄소질 생성물의 주 결합제를 구성하는 알칼리성 축합 수지의 제조시에 통상적으로 사용되는 축합제의 진부 또는 부분 차환으로서 사용되어, 신규의 특성 및 개량 습윤성을 갖는 신규 형태의 혼성이지만 균일한 결합제를 생성 시킴을 특징으로 하는 제10항 또는 11항에 따른 복합 결합체의 제조방법.
  13. 특히 주조업용 코어 및 금형의 제조, 벽돌 및 코브(cob)의 제조 및 용광로의 개구를 탭핑 시키기 위한 충전물의 제조용으로 사용되고 a) 실리카, 알루미나, 탄소와 같은 높은 기계 특성을 갖는 내화성 광물 과립의 충전제, b) 이 충전제의 과립을 함께 결합시켜, 결국 상기 충전제용으로 적절한 열경화성 형태의 하나 이상의 주(primary) 또는 주요 결합제, 및 c) 주 결합제의 결점을 개선시키고/시키거나 교정하는 하나 이상의 부(secondary) 결합제를 함유하는 형태의 경화 가능한 내화성 조성물의 제조 방법에 있어서, 비누화에 의하여 개질되는데 충분한 산가의 탄소질 생성물을 비누화시켜 수득한 부 결합제를 충전제의 경화전에 충전제 및 주 결합제의 덩어리에 첨가 하거나, 또는 충전제와 혼합하기 전에 주 결합제에 첨가하거나, 또는 주 결합제의 혼입전 또는 혼입중에 충전제에 첨가하고, 이로써 이 부 결합제는 그 자체의 유화 특성에 의해 주 결합제와의 혼화성이 부여됨을 특징으로 하는 경화가능한 내화성 조성물의 제조방법.
