Claims (5)

  1. 스크루헤드(screw head)(5)의 단면에 대향되고 그 스크류헤드에 대하여 이동시킬수 있는 초음파프로브(9)를 구성하는 구성부재(1)에 삽입한 헤드스크루(2)의 초음파테스팅을 하는 장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 초음파 변환기(18,18a)가 상기 초음파프로브(9)의 크레이들장착센터링편(10)에 배치되고, 상기 크레이들장착 중심편(10)의 아답터(adapter)(5)가 초음파변환기(18,18a)보다 상기 스크루헤드(5)에 더 가깝에 위치되며, 상기 스크루헤드(5)와 중심접속(Centering connecting)을 달성할 목적에서, 상기 초음파프로브(9)가 그 축을 중심으로 하여 축방향으로 이동시킬수 있게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사익 크레이들장착중심편(10)의 아답터(15)는 구정구멍요소(7)단독으로 또는 스크루헤드(5)와 부가하여 중심접속을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 초음파프로브(9)는 중심편(10)을 수용하고, 그 중심편과 연속해서 배치되어 있는 부동홀더(floating holder)(11)로 구성되며, 리프트실린더(12)와 회전구동장치(13)가 동시에 연속해서 결합함을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전구동장치(13)와 리프트실린더(12)사이에는 슬립클러치(Skip clutch)(28)가 접속되고, 그 슬립클러치는 상기 아답터(15)가 스크루헤드(5)의 형상과 결착시킨 다음에는 회전과정을 자동적으로 중지 시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 부동홀더(11)는 스크루헤드(5)의 칼라(collar)(21)를 지나 구성되고, 상기 중심편(10)과 부동홀더(11)사이에 구성된 압축스프링(24)이 상기 부동홀더(11)의 캐비티(23)에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 장치.
