Claims (6)

  1. 분자량 100만 이상의 아크릴계 수용성 고분자, 실트점토 및 물을 포함하는 이장제를, 토사와 혼련하여 응집상태에 진흙으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토사의 응집방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 수용성 고분자와 상기 실트점토의 중량비가 0.001-0.1 : 1이며, 한편 상기 실트점토와 상기 물의 중량비가 0.1-1 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 토사의 응집방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아크릴아미드, 아크릴산염, 아크릴아미드-2-메틸 프로판 술폰산연, 디알킬아미노 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트의 산염 또는 그 이 사급화물, 디알킬아미노알킬(메타)아크릴아미드의 산염 또는 그의 사급화 물, 및 이들 모노머의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 아크릴모노머를 주성분으로 하는 모노머의 중합물 및/또는 그이 유도체로 이루어지는 아크릴계 수용성 고분자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토사의 응집방법.
  4. 분자량 100만 이상의 아크릴계 수용성 고분자, 실트점토 및 물을 포함하는 이장제를, 컷터를 앞면에 설치한 격벽의 후방에 형성한 챔버내에 주입하고, 상기 챔버내에서 상기 컷터로 굴삭한 굴삭토사와 상기 이장제를 혼련하여 응집상태의 진흙으로 하여, 상기 진흙을 상기 챔버 밖으로 배출 이송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 토사의 응집방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴계 수용성 고분자와 상기 실트점토의 중량비가 0.001-0.1 : 1이며, 한편 상기 실트점토와 상기 물의 중량비가 0.1-1 : 1인것을 특징으로 하는 진흙압력 시일드공법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 아크릴아미드, 아크릴산염, 아크릴아미드-2-메틸 프로판 술폰산염, 디알킬아미노 알킬(메타)아크릴레이트의 산염 또는 그의 사급화물, 디알킬아미노알킬(메타)아크릴아미드의 산염 또는 그의 사급화물, 및 이들 모노머의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 아크릴모노머를 주성분으로 하는 모노머의 중합물 및/또는 그이 유도체로 이루어지는 아클리계 수용성 고분자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진흙압력 시일드 공법.
