Claims (9)
- 순도가 최소한 99.97중량% 이상인 몰리브덴을 갖는, 램프 제조용, 몰리브덴 재료에 있어서, 알루미늄이 단일 도핑제로서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 몰리브덴 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 함량이 150 내지 800중량 ppm인 몰리브덴 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미늄 함량이 400 내지 600중량 ppm인 몰리브덴 재료.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 몰리브덴 재료를, 이외에 소량의 칼륨과 도핑하는 몰리브덴 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 칼륨 함량이 5 내지 50중량 ppm인 몰리브덴 재료.
- 알루미늄을, 차후에 환원되는 불안정한 화합물, 특히 질산염으로서, 세립화된 몰리브덴 화합물에 첨가하는 제1항 몰리브덴 재료의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 몰리브덴 화합물이 99.97중량%보다 큰 순도를 갖는 MoO₃인 몰리브덴 재료의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 환원된 몰리브덴을 로드형으로 압착하고, 이 로드를 통하여 전기적 흐름이 없는 약 1700℃의 온도에서 차후에 소결하는 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서 도핑한 몰리브덴의 소결한 로드를 차후에 튜브, 만드렐선 또는 지지선으로 처리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
