SE PRESENTA UN PROCESO PARA MANUFACTURAR FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRIDO DE ALTA PUREZA (HF) QUE TENGA BAJOS NIVELES DE IMPUREZAS OXIDABLES MEDIANTE LA OXIDACION ELECTROLITICA DE LAS IMPUREZAS. ESPECIFICAMENTE, LAS IMPUREZAS DE ARSENICO TRIVALENTE EN EL FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRIDO SE OXIDAN CONVIERTIENDOSE EN UN COMPUESTO DE ARSENICO PENTAVALENTE NO VOLATIL. LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE SE DESTILA PARA RECUPERAR EL FLUORURO DE HIDROGENO ANHIDRIDO DE ALTA PUREZA CON BAJOS NIVELES DE IMPUREZAS DE ARSENICO.
