Claims (1)
- 상술한 바와 같이 콘 분획 Ⅱ+Ⅲ 또는 Ⅱ의 페이스트용해액을 원심분리하여 얻은 상청액(콘 분획 Ⅱ의 경우는 바로 용해액이 됨)으로부터 응집체가 제거된 정맥주사용의 순수면역 글로블린지(Ig G)페이스트를 얻는 제조공정중 최초 상청액의 조정된 폐하를 4.0-4.7로 하고 첨가되는 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 농도는 4-8W/V %로 하며 분획지를 얻기위한 상청액의 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 농도는 12.5-13,5 W/V % 폐 하는 6.3-7.0으로 하되 분획지의 용해액의 폴리에틸렌글리콜은 6-7W/V%로 하여 고속원심을 25,000-40,000G에서 실시하며 이 상청액에 벤트나이트롤 3-5W/V%되게 첨가해서 응집체를 흡착 제거함을 특징으로 하는 정맥주사용 감마 글로블린의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
