  1. 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리펩티드(Ⅰ)의 제조에 있어서 :
    H-Tyr-Ala-Asp-Ala--Phe-Thr-Asn-Ser--Arg-Lys-Val-Leu--Gln-Leu-Ser-Ala--Lys-Leu-Leu-Gln--Ile-Met-Ser--NH2
    (a) 하기 일반식으로 나타내어지는 4개의 보호된 단편 A, B, C 및 D 또는 5개의 보호된 단편 A, B, C, E 및 F를 폴리펩티드(Ⅰ)의 서열순서에 따라, 연속적으로 커플링하는 공정, 및
    A단편의 일반식, Leu-Gln-Asp-Ile-Met-Ser-Arg-NH2
    B단편의 일반식, Gln-Leu-Ser-Ala-Arg-Lys-Leu
    C단편의 일반식, Arg-Lys-Val-Leu-Gly
    D단편의 일반식, Tyr-Ala-Asp-Ala-Ile-Phe-Thr-Asn-Ser-Tyr
    E단편의 일반식, Ile-Phe-Thr-Asn-Ser-Tyr
    F단편의 일반식, Tyr-Ala-Asp-Ala
    (b) 서열 완성 후, 모든 보호기를 제거하여 폴리펩티드(Ⅰ)을 수득하는 공정을 특징으로 하는, 폴리펩티드(Ⅰ)의 제조방법.
