Claims (33)

  1. 기본 렌즈 배율과 기본 촛점 거리를 갖춘 기본 렌즈 소자와, 기본 렌즈 소자의 하나 또는 그 이상의 영역을 덮고 회절력을 갖춘 하나 또는 그 이상의 회절 소자를 구성하는데, 상기 렌즈를 통과하는 광선의 일부는 기본렌즈 배율로 기본 초점 거리상에서 집중되고, 렌즈를 통과하는 광선의 그외부분은 상기 기본렌즈 소자 및 회절소자의 결합적으로 다른 초점 거리상에서 집중되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시각 교정용 다촛점 렌즈.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 콘택트렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 안구내의 렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 렌즈 배율은 굴절에 의해서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 렌즈 소자는 양면 볼록 렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  6. 제4항에 있어서 상기 기본 렌즈 소자는 메니스커스 렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 기본 렌즈 소자는 판형 볼록 렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회절 영역은 거의 환형 패턴으로 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회절 영역은 반구형 영역으로 교번되듯이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회절 영역은 4분 구형 영역으로 교번되듯이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 회절 소자는 0보다 큰 내측 직경과 상기 렌즈의 직경보다 작은 외측 직경을 갖춘 환형 영역을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 회절 소자의 내측 직경은 약 1.30㎜이고 외측 직경은 약 3.36㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 회절 소자는 렌즈의 기하학적인 중심부에 대해 배열된 원형 영역과, 0보다 큰 내측 직경과 상기 렌즈의 직경보다 작은 외측 직경을 갖춘 환형 영역으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  14. 제13항에 있어서 상기 원형 영역의 직경은 약 1,72㎜고, 상기 회절 소저의 내측 직경은 약 2.90이고 외측 직경은 약 4.60㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회절 영역은 약2디옵터 보다 큰 굴절력을 구성하는 것을 특징으로
    하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈의 광학 효율은 약85%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈의 광학 효율은 약 100%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회절 소자는 프레넬 영역판 소자를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회절 소자는 홀로 그래픽 소자를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  20. 기본 렌즈 배율과 기본 초점 거리를 갖춘 기본 렌즈 소자와, 기본 렌즈 소자의 하나 또는 그이상의 영역을 덮고 제1회절력을 갖춘 하나 또는 그 이상의 제1회절 소자와, 기본 렌즈 소자의 하나 또는 그 이상의 영역을 덮고 제2회절력을 갖춘 하나 또는 그 이상의 제2회절 소자를 구성하는데, 상기 렌즈를 통과하는 광선의 제1부분은 기본렌즈 소자와 제1회절 소자의 결합력으로 제1촛점 거리에서 집중되고, 상기 렌즈를 통과하는 광선의 그외 부분은 기본 렌즈 소자와 제2회절 소자의 결합력으로 제2촛점 거리에 집중되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시각 교정용 다촛점 렌즈.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 콘택트렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  22. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈는 안구내의 렌즈로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
  23. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 기본 렌즈 배율은 굴절에 의해서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다촛점 렌즈.
