Claims (19)
- 하기 일반식의 3차 아민 촉매;상기식중, Ra은 n이 1일때 C1-3알킬렌이거나, n이 0이고 p가 1일때 C1-3알킬 또는 C1-3히드록시알킬이고; Rb는 p가 1일때 C1-3알킬렌이거나 n이 1이고 p가 0일때 C1-3알킬 또는 C1-3히드록시알킬이고; R1은 C3-5알킬렌이고; R2는 C1-4저급알킬, C5-10 시클로 지방족이거나 두개의 R2기가 결합하여 5내지 6원 고리를 형성하고; n은 0또는 1이고; m은 0또는 1이고; p는 0또는 1이고; 이때 n, m 또는 p중 적어도 하나는 1이어야 한다.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 1이고 m은 0이고 p는 0인 3차 아민 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, Ra는 C1알킬렌이고 R1은 C3알킬인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, Rb는 C2알킬인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, R2는 C1-4알킬인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, R2는 C1알킬인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 두개의 R2기가 6원고리로 결합되어 모르폴린을 나타내는 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, R2가 N-메틸피라진인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, n은 1, m은 0이고 p는 1인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제9항에 있어서, Ra는 C1알킬렌, Rb는 C1알킬렌이고 R1은 C3알킬렌인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, R2는 C1-4알킬인 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, R2가 N-메틸피라진인 삼차아민 촉매.
- 제12항에 있어서, R2는 C1알킬인 삼차아민 촉매.
- 제12항에 있어서, 두개의 R2기가 6원 고리로 결합되어 모르폴린을 나타내는 삼차 아민 촉매.
- 삼차아민 촉매의 존재하에 폴리이소시아네이트를 폴리올과 반응시켜 생성된 폴리우레탄 조성물에 있어서, 제1항에 의한 상기 삼차아민촉매를 상기 폴리올 100중량부에 대해 약 0.5내지 2.5중량부의 양으로 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리 우레탄 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 삼차 아민 촉매가 1-(3-디알킬아미노프로폭시)-2-부탄올인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 삼차아민 촉매가 1-(3-디메틸아미노프로폭시)-2-부탄올인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제15항에있어서, 상기 삼차아민 촉매가 1-(3-(N-메틸피페라지노)-프로폭시)-2-부탄올인 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 삼차아민 촉매가 1-(모르폴리노프로폭시)-2-부탄올인 폴리우레탄 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
