Claims (22)

  1. 하기 일반 구조식의 피리딘 유도체;
    〔상기식에서, R1은 같거나 다른 각각 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1-C4알킬기, C1-C4할로알킬기, C1-C3할로알콕시, 시아노기 또는 니트로기이고; R2는 같거나 다른, 각각 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 메틸기이고; R3은 할로겐 원자 또는 C1-C3알킬기이고,: R4는 수소원자 또는 C1-C3알킬기; R5는 같거나 다른, 각각 할로겐 원자, C1-C3알킬기, C1-C3할로알킬기, C1-C3할로알콕시기 또는 C1-C3할로알콕시기이고; X는 산소원자, 황원자, 카르보닐기, 설피닐기, 설포닐기, 아미노기 또는 메틸렌기이고; Y는 산소원자 또는 황원자이고; ℓ은 1내지 5의 정수이고; m은 1내지 3의 정수이고; n은 1내지 4의 정수이다.〕
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 같거나 다른 각각 수소원자,불소원자,염소원자, 브롬원자, 메틸기 또는 트리폴루오로메틸기인 피리딘 유도체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1은 같거나 다른 각각 수소원자,불소원자,염소원자이고 R2는 수소원자 또는 염소원자이고, R3은 불소원자, 염소원자 브롬원자 또는 메틸기이고, X는 산소원자 또는 메틸렌기이고, Y는 산소원자이고 ℓ은 1또는 2의 정수이고, m은 정수 1이고 n은 1또는 2의 정수인 피리딘 유도체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (R1)ℓ이 2,4-F2, 3,5-F2, 3,4-Cl2,3-F, 또는3-Cl이고 R2가 수소 원자이고, R3은 염소원자이고, R4는 수소원자이고, R5는 염소원자 또는 메틸기이고, X는 산소원자 또는 메틸렌기이고, Y는 산소원자이고,m 및 n은 각각 정수 1인 피리딘 유도체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자이고 R2가 수소 원자이고, R3은 염소원자이고, R4는 수소원자이고, R5는 염소원자 또는 메틸기이고, X는 메틸렌기이고, Y는 산소원자이고,m 및 n은 각각 정수 1인 피리딘 유도체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, (R1)ℓ이 2,4-F2, 3,5-F2, 또는3-Cl이고 R2가 수소 원자이고, R3은 염소원자이고, R4는 수소원자이고, R5는 염소원자 또는 메틸기이고, X는 산소원자 또는 메틸렌기이고, Y는 산소원자이고,m 및 n은 각각 정수 1인 피리딘 유도체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, (R1)ℓ이 3-F 이고 R2가 수소 원자이고, R3은 염소원자이고, R4는 수소원자이고, R5는 염소원자 또는 메틸기이고, X는 메틸렌기이고, Y는 산소원자이고,m 및 n은 각각 정수 1인 피리딘 유도체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 2-클로로-5-〔2-클로로-4-(3,5-(디플루오로페녹시)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 2-메틸-5-〔2-클로로-4-(3,5-(디플루오로페녹시)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 2-메틸-5-〔2-클로로-4-(3,4-(디플루오로페녹시)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 2-메틸-5-〔2-클로로-4-(3-(플루오로벤질)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 2-클로로-5-〔2,5-디클로로-4-(3,5-(디플루오로페녹시)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 2-클로로-5-〔2-클로로-5-(3,5-(디플루오로페녹시)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 2-클로로-5-〔2-클로로-4-(3,5-(디플루오로벤질)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 2-메틸-5-〔2-클로로-4-(2,4-(디플루오로페녹시)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 2-클로로-5-〔2-클로로-4-(3-(클로로페녹시)페녹시〕메틸피리딘인 피리딘 유도체
  17. (a)하기 일반 구조식(Ⅱ)의 페놀 화합물을 하기 일반 구조식(Ⅲ)의 할로겐화물과 반응시켜서 하기 일반구조식(Ⅰ)의 피리딘 유도체를 수득하거나, (b)하기 일반 구조식Ⅳ)으 페놀 화합물을 하기 일반구조식(Ⅴ)의 알콜과 반응시켜서 Y가 산소원자인 하기일반 구조식(Ⅰ)의 피리딘 유도체(Ⅰ)을 수득하는 것을 포함하는 하기일반 구조식(Ⅰ)으 피리딘 유도체의 제조방법;
    〔상기식들 중주에서, R1은 같거나 다른 수소원자, 할로겐 원자, C1~C4알킬기, C1~C4할로알킬기, C1~C3알콕시기, C1~C3할로알콕시기, 시아노기 또는 니트로기이고; R2는 같거나 다른 각각 수소원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 메틸기이고; R3는 할로겐 원자 또는C1~C3알킬기; R4는 수소원자 또는 C1~C3알킬기이고; R5는 같거나 다른 각각 할로겐 원자 또는 C1~C3알킬기, C1~C3할로알킬기, C1~C3알콕시기, C1~C3할로알콕시기이고; X는 산소원자, 황원자, 카르보닐기, 설피닐기, 설포닐기, 이미노기 또는 메틸렌기이고; Y는 산소원자 또는 황원자이고; ℓ은 1내 5의 정수이고; m은 1내지 3의 정수이고;n은 1내지 4의 정수이다; M은 알칼리 금속원자 또는 수소원자이고; A는 할로겐 원자이다.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 단계(a)에 있어서의 반응이 불활성 용매내에서 염기 존재하에 약 -20℃내지 불활성 용매의 비점의 온도에서 실행되는 방법
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 단계(b)에 있어서의 반응이 불활성 용매내에서 탈수촉매 또는 탈수제의 존재하에 약 -20℃내지 200℃ 또는 불활성 용매의 비점의 온도에서 실행되는 방법.
  20. 제1항에 따른 피리딘 유도체의 효과적인 양 및 불활성 담체를 포함하는 해충 방제용 조성물.
  21. 제1항에 따른 피리딘 유도체의 효과적인 양을 해충 또는 해충이 전파되는 곳에 적용시키는 것으로 구성되는 해충 방제 방법
  22. 제1항에 따른 피리딘 유도체의 해충 방지제로서의 용도.
