Claims (9)
- (a)단량체 혼합물 중량을 기준으로 20wt%이상의 (C4-C20)알킬 메타크릴레이트 및 (C8-C20)알킬 아크릴레이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 소수성 단량체, 및 단량체 혼합물 중량을 기준으로 3-7.5wt%의 메타크릴산을 함유하는 단량체 혼합물로 부터 제조되며 -20℃ 내지 5℃의 유리전이온도를 갖는 수불용성 라텍스중합체 및 다가금속이온을 포함하는 타이코트 조성물(여기서, 다가금속이온과 라텍스 중합체 내의 메타크릴산의 몰비는 1:1 내지 0.375:1임)을 형성하고; (b)상기 타이코트조성물을 기질 표면에 적용한 다음; (c)매스틱 코팅을 적용함을 특징으로하는, 매스틱 코팅 시스템의 품질 향상방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라텍스 중합체의 중량평균분자량이 10,000내지 150,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 그 중량을 기준으로 20-40wt%의 소수성 단량체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소수성 단량체가 이소데실 메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸메타크릴레이트 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물이 그 중량을 기준으로 3.5-5.0wt%의 메타크릴산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라텍스 종합체가 -20℃ 내지 -10℃의 유리전이온도를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다가금속이온이 아연이온인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다가금속이온고 라텍스 중합체내 메타크릴산의 몰비가 1:2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기질표면이 아스팔트 또는 역청인 것을 특징으로하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
