Claims (4)
- 압력도입구와, 상기 압력도입구로부터 도입되는 압력에 의해서 변형되는 압력실을 가진 원통형상의 변형부분과, 압력에 의해서 변형이 발생하지 않는 원통형상의 비변형부분을 가지고, 상기 변형부분 및 비변형부분에 자기변형을 가진 비정질자성합금을 고착하고, 상기 비정질자성합금과 자기회로를 이루도록 상기 변형부분과 비변형부분에 각각 투자율검출소자를 배치한 구성을 가지고, 압력인가에 따른 상기 투자율검출소자의 투자율차로부터 압력을 검출하는 압력센서에 있어서 상기 변형부분 및 비변형부분의 표면의 일부에 각각 상기 비정질자성합금의 두께보다 큰 단차를 설치하고, 상기 단차의 사이에 놓인 부분에 상기 비정질자성합금을 고착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비정질자성합금의 표면에 완충재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 단차의 형상이 적어도 2단의 단계형상 혹은 테이퍼형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 비정질자성합금이 변형부분 및 비변형부분의 외표면전체를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력센서.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
