Claims (22)

  1. 액정표시패널에 대해서 상하방향으로 다른 적어도 2개의 시각에 대응한 휘도-전압특성의 기울기로 각각 따른 직선의 연장선상의 교차점에 의거하여 근사적으로 구하게되는 전압을 기준전압으로하고, 상기 시각에 대응하여 변화시키게되는 전압을 형성해서, 이 전압에 연동된 분압전압에 의해 보정된 다계조 표시를 위한 구동접압을 얻을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정의 다계조표시에 있어서의 시각보정방식.
  2. 액정표시패널에 대해서 상하방향으로 다른 적어도 2개의 시각에 대응한 휘도-전압특성의 기울기로 각각 따른 직선의 연장선상의 교차점에 의거하여 근사적으로 구하게되는 전압을 기준전압으로하고, 상기 시각에 대응하여 변화시키게되는 흑레벨의 전압을 형성하고, 이 전압과 백레벨에 대응한 액정의 시각적 한계치 전압과의 범위에서 입력되는 애널로그신호의 최대진폭을 제어하는것을 특징으로하는 액정의 다계조표시에 있어서의 시각보정방식.
  3. TFT액티브 매트릭스구성의 액정표시패널에 대해서 상하방향으로 다른 적어도 2개의 시각에 대응한 휘도-전압특성의 기울기로 각각 따른 직선의 연장선상에서의 교차점에 의거하여 근사적으로 구하게 된느 전압을 기준전압으로하고, 상기 시각에 대응하여 변화시키게되는 전압을 형성해서, 이 전압에 연동된 분압전압에 의해 다계조표시를 위한 구동전압을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조 액정표시장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다계조표시를 위한 최대휘도와 최소휘도에 대응한 구동전압은, 상기 분압전압과는 독립한 전압으로 되는것을 특징으로 하는 다계조액정표시장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압은, TFT트랜지스터의 드레인이 결합되는 신호선진국에 공급되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조액정표시장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압은, 조정가능하게 되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조액정표시장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 분압전압은, 직렬형태로 접속된 저항소자에 의거하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조액정표시장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 조정가능하게되는 기준전압은, 온도보상회로의 출력에 의해 자동적으로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조 액정표시장치.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 TFT액티브매트릭스구성의 액정표시패널은, 컬러필터가 설치되므로서 다색표시를 행하도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조액정표시장치.
  10. 청구범위 제3항 기재의 다계조 액정표시장치는, 마이크로콤퓨터를 실장한 전자장치의 모니터로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조액정표시장치.
  11. TFT액티브 매트릭스구성의 액정표시패널에 대해서 상하방향으로 다른 적어도 2개의 시각에 대응한 휘도-전압특성의 기울기로 각각 따른 직선의 연장선상에서의 교차점에 의거하여 근사적으로 구하게되는 전압을 기준전압으로하고, 상기 시각에 대응하여 변화시키게되는 전압에 연동된 다계조표시용의 구동전압을 형성하는 분압회로와, 액정의 교류화신호에 따라 상기기준전압을 발생시키는 회로 및 분압회로에 국성반전시킨 동작전압을 공급하는 스위치회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 분압회로에 의해 형성된 다계조용의 구동전압은, 전압플로워회로와, 상기 출력전압을 받아서 위상반전을 행하는 반전증폭회로에 각각 공급되어, 상기 전압 폴로워회로와 반전증폭회로를 통하여 형성되는 구동전압은, 액정패널의 하나간격의 신호선에 각각 대응해서 상하로 배분된 구동회로에 대응하여 각각 공급되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 분압회로는 2개의 분압회로로 이루어지고, 한쪽의 분압회로에는 상기 스위치회로를 통하여 교류화신호에 따라서 극성이 반전되는 동작전압이 공급되고, 다른쪽의 분압회로에는 극성반전증폭회로를 개재해서 동작전압이 공급되어 이들2개의 분압회로의 분압출력전압은, 각각 전압폴로워회로를 개지해서 액정패널의 하나간격의 신호선에 각각 대응해서 상하로 배분된 구동회로에 대응하여 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압은, 그 온도의 존성에 대응한 온도보상회로에 의해 자동적으로 온도 보상되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 분압회로에는, 시각보정 및 온도보상용이 행하여진 동작전압이 저출력임피이던스의 버퍼앰프를 개재해서 공급되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 액정교류화구동전압을 형성하기 위한 스위치회로를 통한 전압은, TFT트랜지스터의 실효적인 한계치전압에 균형이 잡힌 쌍방향의 레벨시프트전압을 형성하는 레벨시프트회로에 공급되어, 이 레벨시프트회로를 개재해서 액정의 신호선에 부여되는 절대치적인 최대구동전압을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
  17. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 액정 교류화 신호에 의해 스위치 제어되는 스위치회로를 개재해서 극성의 전환이 행하여지는 전압을 시각보정 또는 온도보상전압 발생회로에 공급하고, 거기에서 발생된 전압을 저출력 임피이던스의 버퍼앰프를 통하여 다계조용의 구동전압을 형성하는 분압회로에 부여하는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조액정표시장치의 구동전압 발생회로.
  18. 다계조용의 구동전압을 발생시키는 전원회로가 탑재된 실장기판이, 액정표시패널의 이면쪽에 백라이트를 끼우도록 맞포개져서 배치되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조 액정표시장치.
  19. TFT액티브 매트릭스구성의 액정표시패널에 대해서 상하방향으로 다른 적어도 2개의 시각에 대응한 휘도-전압특성의 기울기로 각각 따른 직선의 연장선상에서의 교차점에 의거하여 근사적으로 구하게되는 전압을 기준 전압으로하고 상기 시각에 대응해서 변화시키게되는 전압에 연동한 다계조표시용의 구동전압을 형성하는 분압회로와, 액정표시화면의 상하방향의 시각의 상위에 대응한 수직 방향의 주사동작에 연동해서 변화하는 동적인 시각보정전압을 형성하는 보정전압 파형발생회로를 포함하고, 상기 동적인 시각보정전압에 의해 상기 분압회로에 의해 형성되는 다계조용의 구동전압을 레벨변조하는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조 액정표시장치.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 분압회로에는, 커플링용량을 개재해서 상기 동적인 시각보정전압이 전달되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조표시장치.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 보정전압파형 발생회로는, 프레임마다 발생하는 펄스신호를 받는 적분회로에 의해 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 다계조액정표시장치.
  22. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 보정전압 파형발생회로는, 프렘임마다 리세트가 행하여지고, 선택되는 주사선에 대응한 클록펄스를 받는 카운터회로와, 이 카운터회로의 계수출력을 2차 신호에 의해 표현된 시각보정전압신호로 변환하는 디코우더회로와, 이 디코우더회로의 출력신호를 받아서 애널로그보정전압 파형을 발생시키는 D/A 변환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다계조 액정표시장치.
