Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-(3-페닐-2-메틸프로필 및 -메틸프로프-2-엔일)-아자헤테로고리 및 그것의 N-옥사이드 및 식물에 내성인 산부가염 및 4차염:점선의 결합은 부가가능한 결합이며 R1은 3차-부톡시 또는 기 R2-O-C(CH3)2-이며, 이중에서 R2는 수소 또는 C1-C4-알킬이고, Het는 5-원 내지 7-원 아자헤테로지방족 고리이며 그중 N원자는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 나머지 분자 부분에 결합되고, 고리는 또한 추가의 헤테로원자로서 질소와 떨어져있는 산소 또는 황원자를 포함할 수도 있고 및/또는 나아가 하나 또는 두개의 다음 치환기로 치환될 수 있다; C1-C4-알킬 또는 R3-O-(CH2)n-으로 식중에서 R3는 수소, C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-또는 C2-알콕시카르보닐이고, n은 0,1 또는 2이며 단 R3-O-는 헤테로고리의 질소에 대해위치가 아니다.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ):의 알데히드가 아자헤테로고리 H-Het의 존재하에 환원되고, 그 결과의 생성물이 필요에 따라 N-옥사이드 또는 식물에 내성인 산부가염 또는 4차염으로 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1항의 N-(3-페닐-2-메틸프로필 또는 -메틸프로프-2-엔일)-아제헤테로 고리의 제조방법.
- 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 3-페닐-2-메틸프로판올이 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 3-페닐-2-메틸프로판 유도체로 전환되고, 이 화합물이 염기의 존재하에 아자헤테로 고리H-Het와 반응된후, 그 결과 생성물이 필요에 따라 N-옥사이드 또는 식물에 내성인 산부가염 또는 4차염으로 전환되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1항의 N-(3-페닐이소부틸)-아자헤테로고리(Ⅰ)의 제조방법:식중에서 L은 친핵적으로 치환된 이탈기이다.
- 제1항에 따르는 일반식(I)로 표시되는 하나 이상의 N-(3-페닐-2-메틸프로필 및 메틸프로프-2-엔일)-아자헤테로고리, 이들의 N-옥사이드 또는 이들의 식물에-내성인 히드로염 또는 4차염 및 비활성 액체 또는 고체담체를 포함하는 살균제.
- 제1항에 따르는 N-(3-페닐-2-메틸프로필 및 메틸프로프-2-엔일)-아자헤테로고리(Ⅰ), 이것의 N-옥사이드 및/또는 식물에 내성인 히드로염 또는 4차염의 살균적 양이 균, 균의 공격으로 감염된 식물, 이들의 생육지 또는 감염된 식물의 종자에 작용하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균 억제방법.
- N-[3-(4-3차-부톡시페닐)-2-메틸프로필]-피레리딘.
- N-[3-(4-(1-메톡시-2-메틸에틸)-페닐)-2-메틸프로필]-피레리딘.
- 4-[3-(4-3차-부톡시페닐)-2-메틸프로필]-시스-2,6-디메틸모르폴린.
- 4-[3-(4-(1-메톡시-2-메틸에틸)-페닐-2-메틸프로필]-시스-2,6-디메틸모르폴린.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
