Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일에탄 유도체 및 식물에 허용되는 이들의 산부가염 및 금속착물:

    상기식에서, A 및 B는 같거나 다르며, 각각 C1-C8-알킬, 페닐, 비페닐, 나프틸, 벤질, C3-C6-시클로알킬, C1-C8-알콕시, C1-C8-알킬티오, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, 비페닐옥시, 페닐티오, 메톡시카르보닐에틸 또는 5-또는 6-원자 헤타아릴이며, 상기 기들은 할로겐, 니트로, 페녹시, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬에 의해 1 내지 3치환될 수 있지만, 단 A 및 B중 적어도 하는 C1-C8-알콕시, C1-C8-알킬티오, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, 페닐티오 또는 5-또는 6-원자 헤타아릴이고; D는 할로겐, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, 페닐티오 또는 페녹시이며, 이들은 할로겐, 니트로, 페녹시, C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬에 의해 1 내지 3치환될 수 있고; X는 CH 또는 N이다.
  2. 살균에 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일에탄 유도체 또는 식품에 허용되는 이들의 산부가염 또는 금속착물과 비활성 담체를 함유하는 살균제:

    상기식에서, A 및 B는 같거나 다르며, 각각 C1-C8-알킬, 페닐, 비페닐, 나프틸, 벤질, C3-C8-시클로알킬, C1-C8-알콕시, C1-C8-알킬티오, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, 비페닐옥시, 페닐티오, 메톡시카르보닐에틸 또는 5-또는 6-원자 헤타아릴이며, 상기 기들은 할로겐, 니트로, 페녹시, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬에 의해 1 내지 3치환될 수 있지만, 단 A 및 B중 적어도 하나는 C1-C8-알콕시, C1-C8-알킬티오, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, 페닐티오 또는 5-또는 6-원자 헤타아릴이고; D는 할로겐, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, 페닐티오 또는 페녹시이며, 이들은 할로겐, 니트로, 페녹시, C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬에 의해 1 내지 3치환될 수 있고;X는 CH 또는 N이다.
  3. 살균에 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 아졸일에탄유도체 또는 식물에 허용되는 이들의 산부가염 또는 금속착물을 균이나 또는 균에 의해 공격받는 식물, 이들의 서식지, 재료, 수목 또는 종자에 작용시키는 것으로 이루어진 균 억제방법:

    상기식에서, A 및 B는 같거나 다르며, 각각 C1-C8-알킬, 페닐, 비페닐, 나프틸, 벤질, C3-C8-시클로알킬, C1-C8-알콕시, C1-C8-알킬티오, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, 비페닐옥시, 페닐티오, 메톡시카르보닐에틸 또는 5-또는 6-원자 헤타아릴이며, 상기 기들은 할로겐, 니트로, 페녹시, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬에 의해 1 내지 3치환될 수 있지만, 단 A 및 B중 적어도 하나는 C1-C8-알콕시, C1-C8-알킬티오, 페녹시, 벤질옥시, 페닐티오 또는 5-또는 6-원자 헤타아릴이고; D는 할로겐, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-알킬티오, 페닐티오 또는 페녹시이며, 이들은 할로겐, 니트로, 페녹시, C1-C4-알킬 또는 C1-C4-할로알킬에 의해 1 내지 3치환될 수 있고;X는 CH 또는 N이다.

  5. 제1항에 있어서, A가 메틸이고, B가 2,4-디클로로페녹시이고, D가 C1이고 X는 N인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
