Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식 ( I )의 β-피콜린 유도테 및 이것의 N-산화물 및 식물에 허용되는 산부가염 (단. A가 CH2이고.B는 C=0 이고 Ar은 페닐인 화합물은 제외) :상기식에서, A는 CR1R2이며, 여기에서 R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 각기 수소, C2-C6-알킬, C2-C6-알켄일 또는 C2-C5-알킬일이거나, 또는 R1및 R2는 함께 2내지 6개의 메 틸렌그룹을 갖는 메틸렌사슬을 형성하고;B는CH2, CHOR3. CHR4, C=0또는C=N-0-R5중의 하나이며. 여기에서 R2는 수소, C1-C22-알킬,C1-C6-할로알킬, C3-C6-시클로알킬, C3-C6-알켄일, C2-C6-아실, 페닐, 벤질 또는 벤조일이며, 이중에서 페닐고리는 비치환되거나또는Cl-C4-알킬, Cl-C4-알콕시, Cl-C4-할로알킬, Cl-C4-할로알콕시, 할로겐, 시아노 및 니트로로 이루어진 그룹중 1내지 3개의 치환기들에 의해 치환될 수 있고 R4는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이고, R5는'수소, Cl-C5-알킬, Cl-C6-할로알킬, C3-C7-시클로알킬, C3-C6-알켄일 또는 아르알킬이며, 이중에서 알킬기는 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가지며 아릴기는 비치환될 수 있거나또는 Cl-C4-알킬, Cl-C4-알콕시, Cl-C4-할로알킬, 할로겐, 시아노 및 니트로로 이루어진그룹중 1내지 3개의 치환기들에 외해 치환될 수 있고; Ar은 비치환되거나또는할로겐, C1-C6-알킬. Cl-C6-알록시, Cl-C4-할로알킬, C1-C4-할로알콕시, 패닐, 페녹시, 할로패닐, 할로패녹시 또는 벤질옥시에 의해 1내지 3치환된 단핵 또는 이핵아릴기 이다.
- 살균량의 하기 일반식 ( I )의 β-피콜린 유도체 또는 이들의 N-산화물 또는 식물에 허용되는 산부가염 (단,A가 CH2이고, B가 C=0이며 Ar은 페닐인 화합물은 제외)및 비활성 담체를 함휴하는 살균제 ;상기식에서. A는CR1R2이며, 여기에서 R1및 R2는서로 독립적으로 각기 수소, Cl-C6-알킬, C2-C5-알켄일또는 C1-C6-알킬일 이거나, 또는 R1및 R2는 함께 2내지 6개의 메틸렌그룹을 갖는 메틸텐사슬을 형성하고; B는 CH3, CHOR3, CHR4, C=0또는 C=N-0-R5중의 하나이며, 여기에서 R3는 수소, C1-C2-알킬, Cl-C4할로알킬, C3-C6-시클로알킬. C3-C6-알켄일, C2-C6-아실, 페닐, 벤질 또는 벤조일이며, 이중에서 패닐고리는 비치환되거나 또는 Cl-C4-알킬, C1-C6-할로알킬. C3-C7-시클로알킬, C3-C6--알켄일 또는 아르알킬이며, 이중에서 알킬기는 1내 지 4개의 탄소원자틀 가지며 아릴기는 비치환될 수 있거나 또는 Cl-C4,-알킬, Cl-C4-알록시, Cl-C4-할로알킬. Cl-C4-할로알콕시, 할로겐, 시아노 및 니트로로 이루어진 그룹중 1내지 3개의 치환기들에 의해 치환될 수 있고, Ar은 비치환되거나또는 할로겐. C1-C6-알킬, C1,-C4-알콕시,C1-할로알킬, Cl-C4-할로알콕시, 페닐, 패녹시, 할로패닐, 할로패녹시 또는 벤질옥시에 의해 1내지 3치환된 단핵또는 이핵아릴기 이다.
- 균 또는 균에 의해 공격받는 재료, 식물, 토양, 또는 종자들을 살균량 하기 일반식(I)의 β-피콜린체 또는 이들의 N-산화물 또는 식물에 허용되는 산부가염으로 처리하는 균억제방법 :상기식에서. Cl-C4-할로알록시, 할로겐, 시아노 및 니트로로 이루어진 그룹중 1내지 3개의치환기들에 의해 치환될 수 있고, Ar은 비치환되거나또는 할로겐. C1-C6-알킬, C1,-C6-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알킬, Cl-C4-할로알콕시, 페닐, 패녹시, 할로패닐, 할로패녹시 또는 벤질옥시에 의해 1내지 3치환된 단핵또는 이핵아릴기 이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, A는 C(C2H5)2이고, B는 CHOH 이고 Ar은 4-플루오로페닐임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, A는 C(C2H5)2이고, B는 C=O이고 Ar은 4-플루오로페닐임을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
