제1도는 열교환기의 파이프단판(pipe endplate) 위에 있는 파이프영역에 사용되는 슬리브(sleeve)를 나타내며, 제2도는 상기 파이프단판위에 있고, 그 파이프단판영역에서 사용되는 슬리브를 나타내고, 제3도는 팽창프로세스(expansion process)전 제1도 및 제2도의 "X"설명도의 확대도.

Claims (8)

  1. 금속제슬리브를 팽창에 의해 파이프(2)의 내측벽면상에서 설정시켜 파이프(2) 상에서의 유출점(leakage point)을 브리징(bridging)하는 금속제슬리브(6)에 있어서, 상기 금속제슬리브(6)는 형상-기억합금(shape-memory alloy)으로된 다수의 구성요소(components)를 원주방향측면(circum ferential side)상에 지지시키고, 그 구성요소는 예정온도에 도달될때 상기 슬리브(6)와 상기 파이프(2) 사이에 시일링(sealing)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 금속제슬리브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소사이의 슬리브(6) 외면은 단면깊이 0.02~0.05mm의 표면거칠기(surface roughness : 表面渠度)를 가지며, 상기 구성요소는 상기 슬리브(6)의 요홈(9)에 배치되고, 상기 구성요소와 거친외측면(roughened outer surface)은 동일한 외경(outside diameter)을 가지며, 상기 거친외측면의 표면경도(surface hardness)는 상기 파이프(2)의 표면경도보다 더 크게 구성한 상기 금속제슬리브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소는 스파이럴(spiral)구조로 되어 있고, 그 스파이럴의 외경은 상기 슬리브(6)의 외경보다 더 크며, 상기 구성요소의 스파이럴턴(spiral turns)사이의 슬리브셀(sleeve shell)은 돌출을 균일하게한 층(layer)(11)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 금속제슬리브.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 구성요소중 하나가 각각의 경우 상기 슬리브(6)의 단부영역(7,8)에 설치되고, 예정온도에 도달될때 상기 슬리브(6)와 파이프(2) 사이에서 시일링을 구성하며, 상기 슬리브(6)는 그 구성요소에서 떨어져 대향하는 슬리브의 단부에 낮은 표면경도를 가진 한부분과 그 파이프(2)보다 더 큰 표면경도를 가진 부분으로 구성된 팽창영역(7a)을 구성하여 그 더 큰 표면경도를 가진 부분은 프로파일링(profiling)을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 금속제슬리브.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소는 폐쇄링(closed ring)(13)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 금속제슬리브.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소는 와이어(wire)임을 특징으로 하는 상기 금속제슬리브.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소는 박판금스트립(sheet metal strip)(10)임을 특징으로 하는 상기 금속제슬리브.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소는 스파이럴(spiral)구성을 하며, 그 스파이럴의 외경은 상기 슬리브(6)의 외경보다 더 크게 구성하고, 그 스파이럴턴(spiral turns)사이의 스페이스(space)는 스파이럴형상구성요소 상에서 형성되는 균일한 층(evening-out layer)에 의해 덧쓰위기(filling)를 함을 특징으로 하는 상기 금속제슬리브.
