Claims (10)
- 방사상 돌출부를 갖는 내측튜우브(4,34)와 외측튜우브(6) 사이에 한편으로는 긴착수단을 가지고 다른 한편으로 돌출부에 접촉하는 지지및 완충수단을 갖는 차량용 배기관의 관절형 튜우브연결장치에 있어서, 외측튜우브(6)가 케이싱(8,28)을 형성하는 확장부를 가지고 케이싱의 양단부분은 구형을 이루며 두 환상지지및 완충패드(10) 상에 얹히고, 적어도 일측단부에서 횡방향 "V"형의 단면을 가지고 해당 패드상에 삽착되어 각 튜우브에 대하여 지지되는 가스킷트(14,15,50)로 폐쇄됨을 특징으로 하는 차량용 배기관의 관절형 튜우브연결장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 각 가스킷트(14,15,50)가 내측튜우브에 접하는 원통형 플랜지(16)와 외측튜우브에 접하는 돌출플랜지(18,52,54)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서,케이싱의 양단에 각각 가스킷트(14 15,50)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이싱(8)이 구형임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1-3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이싱(28)이 두 구형의 링(32,34) 사이에 원통형 중앙부(30)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 패드(10)가 내측튜우브(4,34)에 대하여 접하는 원통형 면을 가지며 흑연 또는 운모와 같은 밀적물질의 층으로 덮어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 패드(10)의 돌출외면이 가스킷트 (14,15,50)과의 적어도 접촉영역에서 얇은 금속포일(44)로 덮혀 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 케이싱(48)이 가스킷트(14,15,50)와 접촉하는 내측금속시이트(46)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 전기 청구범위의 어느 한항에 있어서, 각 가스킷트(14,15)의 돌출플랜지(18)가 적어도 그 폭의 일부에서 구형링의 형태를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
