제2도는 튜브의 한 단부에 들어가서 팽창된 튜브 플러그를 도시한 것으로서 튜브 및 시트 열교환기의 부분단면도.
Claims (5)
- 열교환기에서의 서어비스로 부터 제거되는 튜브의 단부를 제거가능하게 밀봉하기 위한 수단에 있어서, 튜브의 단부에 삽입될 수 있는 중공 플러그 수단을 포함하며, 상기 플러그 수단은 튜브의 것보다 약간 작은 직경의 튜브내에 위치된 종방향 주요부분에 걸쳐서 거의 변하지 않는 외경을 가지며, 플러그는 튜브에 들어가는 제1폐쇄단부와, 튜브 단부와 같은 평면에 있도록된 제2개방단부와. 플러그의 외경 부분상에 있는 연성금속의 띠를 가지며 따라서 플러그가 튜브에서 팽창하여 꽉 결합되었을때 연성금속이 튜브의 내벽 불규칙면에 의해 생긴 어떠한 틈속으로 압출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉수단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연성금속의 띠는 금, 은 또는 순철중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉수단.
- 제2항에 있어서, 튜브 및 플러그 수단은 거의 인코넬 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉수단.
- 제2항에 있어서, 팽창전이나 중에 플러그 수단을 적절히 유지하도록 튜브에 약한 억지끼움을 제공하기 위하여 제2단부 근처의 플러그 수단의 부분은 약간 큰 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉수단.
- 제2항에 있어서, 연성 금속의 띠는 두께가 0.051 내지 0.101㎜(2 내지 4밀리인치)인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀봉수단.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
