제1도는 본 발명에 의한 버터플라이 밸브의 시일장치의 제1실시예를 예시하는 주요부의 단면도, 제2도는 정방향시 동작설명도, 제3도는 정방향에서 폐쇄직전 또는 개방직후의 동작 설명도.

Claims (6)

  1. 밸브체(13)에 붙거나 떨어지는 시이트링(15)을 밸브본체(11)와 시이트유지링(16)에 형성되는 홈(23)에 끼워넣어서 유지하도록한 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서, 상기 홈(23)에 상기 시이트링(15)과 함께, 이 시이트링(15)의 한쪽면을 유지하는 백업링(31)을 개재시켜서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 버터플라이 밸브의 시일장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시이트링(15)은 밀봉부(20),지지부(21)를 구비하고, 백업링(31)은 상기 밀봉부(20), 지지부(21)를 각각 유지하는 선단유지부(32),중간 유지부(33)를 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브의 시일장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 홈(23)은 시이트링(15)의 밀봉부(20)와 시이트유지링(16)과의 사이, 시이트링(15)과 백업링(31)사이, 백업링(31)과 밸브본체(11)사이에 각각 간극(26,38,37)을 형성하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브의 시일장치.
  4. 제1, 제2또는 제3항에 있어서, 밸브체(13)의 폐쇄시에 있어서, 백업링(31)의 선단유지부(32)가 밸브체(13)의 밀접부(10)에 접하지 않도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 시일장치.
  5. 제1,제2또는 제3항에 있어서, 밸브체(13)의 폐쇄시에 있어서, 백업링(31)의 선단유지부(32)가 밸브체(13)의 밀접부(10)에 압접되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 버터플라이 밸브의 시일장치.
  6. 밸브체(13)에 붙거나 떨어지는 시이트링(15)을 밸브본체(11)와 시이트유지링(16)에 형성되는 홈(23)에 끼워넣어서 유지하도록한 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서, 상기 홈(23)에 상기 시이트링(15)과 함께, 이시이트링(15)의 한쪽면을 유지하는 백업링(31)과, 시이트링(15)의 다른쪽면을 유지하는 상부링(41)을 개재시켜 상기 시이트링(15)을 백업링(31)과 상부링(41)으로 양면으로부터 끼워서 유지하도록한 것을 특징으로하는 버터플라이 밸브의 시일장치.
