本发明涉及一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、压圈(2)和蝶板(6),所述的压圈(2)通过螺栓固定在阀体(1)的靠山内,所述的蝶板(6)位于阀体(1)通道中,其特征在于,所述的阀体(1)、压圈(2)和蝶板(6)三者之间连接处形成缝隙,所述的蝶阀还包括设在缝隙内的密封副。与现有技术相比,本发明设计新颖,巧妙,独特,密封效果好,密封构成平滑,结构牢固,广泛适用于各种耐高压,耐腐蚀等特殊工况。

一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门密封装置,尤其是涉及一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀。
背景技术
目前,国内蝶阀存在诸多问题,没有得到根本解决。如蝶阀密封性能差,可靠性低,使用寿命短,,内漏外溢,关闭不清,启闭易卡死,不耐腐蚀,不耐高压,维修频繁等常常造成大面积停水,给社会带来许多负面影响,而问题的关键之一就是蝶阀密封副机构的合理设计。传统蝶阀的密封副机构常采用螺钉与压板来固定密封副的趋于淘汰的老结构的变形,这种结构设计不科学,不合理,双向密封不可靠等有的固定密封副的密封面受力不均衡,有的位置压得太紧,有的位置压得太松。
而压圈机构的设计却可以受力均衡,弹性密封稳定,密封效果较佳,鉴于此,高性能蝶阀的新式特效双向密封副的设计是探索解决蝶阀诸多问题的利剑之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种蝶阀双向密封装置。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,包括阀体、压圈和蝶板,所述的压圈通过螺栓固定在阀体的靠山内,所述的蝶板位于阀体通道中,其特征在于,所述的阀体、压圈和蝶板三者之间连接处形成缝隙,所述的蝶阀还包括设在缝隙内的密封副。
所述的缝隙纵截面为倒燕尾状。
所述的密封副包括倒燕尾状的阀座,该阀座内嵌于缝隙内。
所述的密封副还包括静密封圈和弹性密封圈,所述的静密封圈设置在阀座的腹部,并与阀体贴紧,所述的弹性密封圈设置在阀座的背部凹槽处,并与压圈紧贴。
所述的阀座的背部凹槽处设有供阀座弹性退让的O型槽和O型圈。
所述的蝶板密封面采用奥氏体不锈钢材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、采用弹性塑料密封,耐高压,耐腐蚀;
2、用整体压圈,受力均布,密封均匀;
3、密封性能好,双向密封非常可靠,可完全实现弹性自密封;
4、倒燕尾结构密封副咬合紧密,不会脱落,正向密封越压越紧,反向密封时O型圈与水压共同给阀座燕尾槽内一圈均布弹力,更利于反向密封;
5、倒燕尾结构阀座凹槽内有供阀座弹性退让的O型槽和O型圈,阀座在受压时有伸缩空间,不致弹性疲劳,使用寿。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例:
如图1-4所示,一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,包括阀体1、压圈2和蝶板6,其特征在于,该密封装置还包括位于阀体1、压圈2和蝶板6构成的倒燕尾状缝隙内部的密封副,所述的密封副包括倒燕尾状的阀座3。
所述的压圈2通过螺栓固定在阀体1的靠山内,所述的蝶板6位于阀体1通道中,所述的阀座3填充在由阀体1、压圈2和蝶板6构成的倒燕尾状缝隙内部,便于正反方向均能受压密封。
所述的密封副还包括静密封圈4和弹性密封圈5,所述的静密封圈4设置在阀座3的腹部,并与阀体1贴紧,可使阀体与阀座之间静密封,所述的弹性密封圈5设置在阀座3的背部凹槽处,弹性密封圈5的橡胶弹性可使密封副正向密封越压越紧,反向密封时与水压共同供给阀座一圈均布弹力,有利于反向密封。
所述的阀座3的背部凹槽处设有供阀座弹性退让的O型槽和O型圈。所述的蝶板6密封面用特殊奥氏体不锈钢堆焊精加工而成,耐腐蚀,耐高压,使用寿命长。

Claims (6)

1.一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、压圈(2)和蝶板(6),所述的压圈(2)通过螺栓固定在阀体(1)的靠山内,所述的蝶板(6)位于阀体(1)通道中,其特征在于,所述的阀体(1)、压圈(2)和蝶板(6)三者之间连接处形成缝隙,所述的蝶阀还包括设在缝隙内的密封副。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的缝隙纵截面为倒燕尾状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的密封副包括倒燕尾状的阀座(3),该阀座(3)内嵌于缝隙内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的密封副还包括静密封圈(4)和弹性密封圈(5),所述的静密封圈(4)设置在阀座(3)的腹部,并与阀体(1)贴紧,所述的弹性密封圈(5)设置在阀座(3)的背部凹槽处,并与压圈(2)紧贴。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的阀座(3)的背部凹槽处设有供阀座弹性退让的O型槽和O型圈。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有双向密封装置的蝶阀,其特征在于,所述的蝶板(6)密封面采用奥氏体不锈钢材料。
