안티-온코스타틴M모노클로날 항체
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 온코스타틴(Oncostatin)M을 암호화하는 cDNA로 안정하게 형질 감염시킨 중국산 햄스터난소(Chinese Hamster Ovary)("CHO")셀라인의 상등액으로부터35S-메티오닌(methionine)및35S-시스테인(cystein)-표지된 온코스 타틴M의 면역침전을 나타낸다. 제2도는 성장 억제 검정(Growht Inhibition Assay)("GIA")에서 A375 골수종양(melanoma)셀라인에 대한 2개의 상이한 안티-온코스타틴M 모노클로날 항체의 활성을 중화하는 시험으로부터 얻은 데이타를 나타낸다. 제3도는 방사능 수용체 검정에서 H2981 폐종양 (lung carcinoma)셀 라인에125I-온코스타틴M을 결합시킬경우 여러가지의 안티-온코스타틴M 모노클로날 항체의 효과를 나타낸다.

Claims (17)

  1. 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편의 항원 결합부위가 온코스타틴M에 결합하는 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  2. 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편의 항원 결합부위가 온코스타틴M에 결합하고 온코스타틴M 생물학적 활성을 억제시키는 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  3. 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편의 항원 결합부위가 온코스타틴M의 활성부위에 결합하는 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  4. 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편의 항원 결합부위가 모노클로날 항체 OM2, OM3 또는 OM1을 이의 표적항원에 면역특이적으로 결합하는 것을 경쟁적으로 억제하는 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  5. 모노클로날 항체 OM2;OM3; 또는 OM1; 또는 이의 단편
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 모노클로날 항체의 Fab, F(ab′)2또는 Fy 단편.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 검출할 수 있는 시그날을 생성할 수 있는 표지에 접합된 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 표지가 플루오레스서, 방사성 표지, 염색체 또는 효소로 이루어진 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  9. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성장인자 또는 독소에 접합된 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  10. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 청구된 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 항체 단편을 생성할 수 있는 셀라인.
  11. 하이브리도마 셀 라인 11R2F8(ATCC HB 10398, 기탁일 : 1990년 3월 27일), 12R12D7(ATCC HB 10396, 기탁일 : 1990년 3월 27일) 또는 1R10F11(ATCC HB 10397, 기탁일: 1990년 3월 27일).
  12. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편을 환자에게 투여함을 특징으로 하여, 온코스타틴M의 생물학적 활성을 포함하는 질병 상태를 진단 또는 치료하는 방법.
  13. 생물학적 시료를 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 항체 또는 이의 단편과 접촉시킴을 특징으로하여, 온코스타틴M을 검출하는 방법.
  14. (a)안티-온코스타틴M 항체 또는 이의 단편을 생성할 수 있는 셀라인을 배양시키고, 생성된 생성물을 회수하거나, (b)완전한 안티-온코스타틴M 항체로부터 안티-온코스타틴M항체 단편을 제조하고, 필요한 경우 (c) 표지, 성장인자 또는 독소에 (a) 또는 (b)에서 제조된 항내 또는 항체 단편을 접합시킴을 특징으로하여, 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편의 항원 결합부위가 온코스타틴M에 결합하는 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편을 제조하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 항체 또는 이의 단편을 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에서 청구된 방법에 의하여 제조된 모노클로날 항체 또는 이의 단편.
  17. 활성성분으로서 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 항체를 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체, 희석제 또는 부형제와 함께 함유하는 약제학적 제제.
