Claims (8)
- 금속 기판재의 표면에 폴리테트라 플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 유지재 속에 매트릭스 입자를 함유하고 있는 천모양의 유연한 금속제 코팅부를 용가법에 의해 제작하는 합성품에 있어서, 상기 금속재 코팅부가 다수의 얇은 천 모양의 유연한 금속재 층으로 형성되는 것을 포함하는 개선을 특징으로 하는 합성품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메트릭스 입자가 텅스텐 카바이드와 티타늄 카바이드, 니켈 보라이드 및 크롬 카바이드로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 얇은 천 모양의 층 모두가 코팅부 전체 두께의 10% 내지 90% 까지로 변하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 얇은 천 모양의 층이 전체적으로 공히 동일한 두께로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 얇은 천 모양의 층이 상기 금속재 코팅부 두께의 약 20% 내지 85% 까지로 두께가 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성물.
- 금속재 기판에 예정된 두께로 된 소정의 표면 코팅부를 제공하기 위하여 기판에 천 모양의 유연한 금속 코팅제를 용가함으로써 합성품을 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 소정의 금속재 코팅부가 PTFE와 혼합되어 PTFE를 섬유화시키고, 매트릭스 입자를 속박하는 매트릭스 분말로 제작되고, 상기 금속 코팅재를 소정의 최종적 표면 코팅부의 본디 예정된 두께의 약 20% 내지 80까지로 감소시키기 위한 압연 공정작업과 상기 감소된 두께의 코팅재를 소정의 예정된 윤곽을 갖는 일련의 예비성형품으로 절단하는 작업. 소정의 코팅부의 예정된 두께와 거의 동일한 전체 두께를 갖는 다수의 상기 예비성형품을 금속재 기판의 표면상에 적재하여 배치시키는 작업, 한장의 소정의 예정된 윤곽을 갖는 용가재 시트를 상기 예비성형품 위에 배치시키는 작업 및 기판에 야금적으로 결합되게 함으로써 특별한 성질을 갖는 코팅층을 구비한 합성품을 산출시키는 작업의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성품 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 예비성평품이 전체적으로 공히 동일한 두께로 되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성품 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 입자가 텅스텐 카바이드와 티타늄 카바이드, 니켈 보라이드 및 크롬 카바이드로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성품 제작 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
