Claims (10)
- a) 용액을 5내지 30% 용량의 부분-부하 범위에서 작동되는 내부 분무작용을 갖는2가지-물질의 노즐을 통해 분무시키고, b)1.0 내지 1.2bar 압력하에 100내지 140℃로 예비가열시킨 불활성 동반 가스 내로 공-기류(cocurrent)를 공급하고, c)생성된 미분된 카복실화 마그네슘 알콕사이드를 건조시키고 탈카복실화시킴을 특징으로 하여, 알코올 ROH중에서 상응하는 카복실화 마그네슘 알콕사이드 Mg(OR)2XCO2(여기서, X는 0.2 내지 2.0 이다)용액을 분무 건조시키고 후숙 건조 및 탈카복실화시켜 미분된 구형 마그네슘 알콕사이드 Mg(OR)2(여기서, R는 C2내지 C4이다)를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 노즐이 용량 10 내지 25%에서 작동됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 사용된 동반 가스가 무수질소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분무 건조기가 직경 대 길이의 비율이 0.3 내지 0.9, 바람직하게는 0.6 내지 0.8인 원통형 부위 및 원추형 부위로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 분무 건조기의 원추형 부위가 원통형 부위 보다 긴것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 5항중 한 항에 있어서, R이 에틸임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, X가 1.0 내지 1.25 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동반가스를 105 내지 120℃로 예비가열시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 중량 평균 입자 직경이 10㎛미만임을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 미분된 구형 마그네슘 알콕사이드.
- α-올레핀의 중합반응용 촉매를 제조하기 위한 제9항에 따른 마그네슘 알콕사이드의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
