Claims (5)

  1. 하기 일반식(1)의 불포화된 시클로헥실아세트산 유도체 및 식물과 조화할 수 있는 이 화합물의 산부가 생성물과 염기부가 생성물 :
    상기식에서 U는 =NOCH3, =CHOCH3, =CH2, =CH-CH3, =CH-CH2-CH3, =N-NH-CH3또는 =CH-S-CH3이고, n은 0내지 10이고, A는 수소, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 헤타릴이고, X는 n이 0인 경우에는 단일 결합이고, n이 0이 아닌 경우에는 산소, 황 또는 단일결합이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, U는 =NOCH3이고, n은 1이고, A는 페닐이고, X는 단일결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  3. 비활성 담체와 살균적으로 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 식물과 조화할 수 있는 이 화합물의 산부가 생성물 또는 염기 부가생성물을 함유하는 살균제 :
    상기식에서 U는 =NOCH3, =CHOCH3, =CH2, =CH-CH3, =CH-CH2-CH3, =N-NH-CH3또는 =CH-S-CH3이고, n은 0내지 10이고, A는 수소, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 헤타릴이고, X는 n이 0인 경우에는 단일 결합이고, n이 0이 아닌 경우에는 산소, 황 또는 단일결합이다.
  4. 비활성 담체와 살충적으로 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 식물과 조화할 수 있는 이 화합물의 산부가 생성물 또는 염기부가 생성물을 함유하는 살충제 :

  5. 균류, 또는 균류 감염에 대해 보호하려는 식물, 종자, 물질 또는 토양을 살균적으로 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 식물과 조화할 수 있는 이 화합물의 산부가 생성물 또는 염기부가 생성물로 처리하는 살균방법 :
    상기식에서 U는 =NOCH3, =CHOCH3, =CH2, =CH-CH3, =CH-CH2-CH3, =N-NH-CH3또는 =CH-S-CH3이고, n은 0내지 10이고, A는 수소, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아릴 또는 헤타릴이고, X는 n이 0인 경우에는 단일 결합이고, n이 0이 아닌 경우에는 산소, 황 또는 단일결합이다.
