Claims (16)

  1. 전위내 분해에 대해 보호된 과립활성성분 및 가용성, 가교가능하거나 용융가능한 결합재를 포함한 팰릿.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 붕해제 및 또는 충전제를 포함함을 특징으로한 펠릿.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 활성성분이 비타민, 아미노산 또는 약제인 펠릿.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 활성성분이 pH-민감성 공중합체, 천연 생성물 또는 효소분해 가능한 생성물에 의해 전위내 분해에 대해 보호된 펠릿.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 활성성분이 소수성 물질과 겸비된 스티렌 및 비닐피리딘을 기재로한 pH-민감성 공중합체에 의해 보호된 펠릿.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 활성성분이 제인 또는 치토산 중에서 선택된 천연 생성물 또는 효소분해 가능한 생성물로 보호된 펠릿.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 보호된 활성성분이 평균 직경 0.3-5㎜의 과립형태인 펠릿.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아르기네이트,크산튠검,젤라틴,셀롤로즈유도체,다른 다당류, 당밀 또는 비나세(vinasses)인 히드로콜로이드인 가교가능한 결합제를 포함한 펠릿.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가교제로서 알데히드 및 단백질 또는 이-또는 삼가금속의 염또는 산화물인 가교가능한 결합제 및 아르기네이트, 크산틴검, 당밀 또는 비나세인 가교가능한 결하벤를 포함한 펠릿.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 지방산, 지방알콜, 글리세롤 에스테르, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 파라핀 왁스, 천연 또는 합성왁스 또는 수소첨가된 동물성 또는 식물성 지방인 용융가능한 결합제를 포함한 펠릿.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 결합제가 당밀, 비나세, 지방산, 수소첨가된 식물성 또는 동물성 지방, 회반죽 도는 파라핀 왁스인 펠릿.
  12. 제2항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 곡물분말,연마된 사료케이크, 양조장 또는 발효잔류물, 곡류 또는 목재부산물 또는 셀률로즈 섬유인 붕해제를 포함한 펠릿.
  13. 전위내 분해에 대해 보호된 과립활성성분을 가용성, 가교가능하거나 용융가능한 결합체와 혼합시키고 혼합물로부터 펠릿을 형성시키는 것으로 구성된 제1항에서 청구된 바와같은 펠릿의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 온도 100℃이하에서 스팀이 존재하지 않는 가운데 혼합물을 성형시키거나 압출시켜 펠릿을 형성시키는 방법.
  15. 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 가교가능한 결합재가, 단백질일 경우 알데히드이거나 가교가능한 결합재가 아르기네이트, 크산튬검, 당밀 또는 비나세일 경우 이-또는 삼-가 금속의 염 또는 산화물인 가교제와 함께 가교가능한 결합제를 사용하는 방법.
  16. 영양 또는 외약 보충물로서, 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 펠릿을 포함한 동물사료.
