Claims (4)
- 약-20℃~60℃의 온도 및 약 100~500kPa의 압력하에서 약 4.2~4.5옹스트롬의 평균 기공 크기를 갖는 탄소분자 시이브상에 1,1-디클로로-플루오로에탄을 통과시키고, 200중량ppm 미만이 비닐리덴 클로라이드를 함유하는 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄올을 회수함을 특징으로 약 200~900중량ppm의 비닐리덴 클로라이드를 함유하는 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄(CFC-141b)의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 분자 시이브는 입자의 고정된 베트이고, 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄은 기체이며, 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄의 시간당 기체 공간 속도는 약 130~1500hr-1임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 분자 시이브는 입자의 고정된 베드이고, 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄은 액체이며, 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄의 시간당 액체 공간 속도는 약 1~15hr-1임을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 회수된 1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄은 50중량ppm미만의 비닐리덴 클로라이드를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
