Claims (11)

  1. 다수의 격벽에 얇은 금속 재료를 부착함으로서 형성된 비행기 본체에 있어서, 비 가연성의 중합체 발포제에 상기 금속 재료의 내면과 상기 격벽을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포재는 상기 비행기의 연속적인 가압과 감압에서 얻어지는 상기 금속 재료의 팽창과 수축으로 인하여 상기 금속 재료가 급열하는 것을 방지하기에 충분한 압축과 신장강도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 발포재는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포재인 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시키는 비행기 외판.
  4. 제1 또는 2 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포재는 2인치 이상의 두께로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판.
  5. 비행기의 외판을 강화하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 외판은 다수의 거리를 두고 배치된 격벽상에 부착되고 상기 방법은 상기 외판의 내면과 상기 격벽의 대향면 사이에 중합체의 발포재의 층을 부착하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판의 강화방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발포재는 상기 비행기의 연속적인 가압과 감압에서 야기되는 상기 외판의 팽창과 수축으로 인하여 상기 외판이 균열하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 충분한 압축과 신장 강도를 갖도록 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판의 강화방법.
  7. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 상기 발포재는 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포재인 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판의 강화방법.
  8. 제5, 6, 7항에 있어서, 상기 부착 단계는 대략 2인치 이상의 두께를 갖는 상기 발포재를 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판의 강화방법.
  9. 제5, 6, 7항에 있어서, 상기 부착 단계는 상기 발포재가 형상을 이루도록 하기 위하여 인접한 격벽사이의 상기 내면상에 발포재를 분사하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판의 강화방법.
  10. 제5, 6, 7, 8항에 있어서, 상기 부착 단계는 상기 외판의 내부와 상기 박판 재료 사이에 상기 발포재를 형성하도록 상기 중합체를 붓고 상기 격벽의 내면에 대향되도록 유연한 재료를 배치하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변형을 감소시킨 비행기 외판의 강화방법.
  11. 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포재의 층에 의해 분리된 1과 2차 구조를 특징으로 하는 장벽구조.
