Abstract
본 발명의 반경질, 경량 절연체 블랭킷(20)은 유리 섬유층(10) 사이에 샌드위치되어 있는 다공성 공동을 갖는 골격(12)로 이루어져 있다. 폴리이미드 포움 골격(12)는 특히 항공기의 크라운 및 상부 측벽면에서의 새깅을 방지하여 동체 표면으로부터 미리 설정된 오프셋을 유지하고 응축수로부터 1차 구조물의 부식을 감소시킨다. 본 구조물은 감소된 중량으로 유사한 음향 성능을 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 첫번째 양태에 따르는 절연체 블랭킷 일부분의 단편적 투시도임,
제4A도는 항공기 세로보 및 프레임 구조에 대해 새깅(sagging)을 나타내는 선행 유리 섬유 절연체 블랭킷의 투시도임,
제4B도는 항공기 세로보 및 프레임 구조에 대해 새깅 현상이 감소되었음을 나타내는 본 발명의 유리 섬유 및 폴리이미드 포움 샌드위치 절연체 블랭킷의 투시도임,
제5A도는 블랭킷과 프레임 및 인접하는 블랭킷 사이의 슬럼핑을 나타내는 선행 유리 섬유 절연체 블랭킷의 도임,
제5B도는 슬럼핑이 감소된 본 발명의 유리 섬유 및 폴리이미도 포움의 도입,
제6도는 가압 조건하에서 유리 섬유 절연체 블랭킷과 본 발명의 유리 섬유와 폴리이미드 포움 절연체 블랭킷의 소음 진단 손실 비교를 나타내는 그래프임.
Claims (4)
- 항공기의 구조 프레임 사이에 부착된 절연체 블랭킷으로, 항공기 내부면으로부터 미리 설정된 거리에 유리 섬유의 외부층을 지지시키기 위한 다공성 공동이 있는 반경질 골격을 갖고 있어 절연체 블랭킷이 내부면과 접촉하는 것을 방지하는 절연체 블랭킷.
- 밀도가 약 4.8㎏/㎣(0.3 1b/ft)인 코어층을 포함하는 다수의 층과 밀도가 약 6.72㎏/㎣ (0.42 1b/ft)인 상기 다수의 층의 외부로 이루어진 샌드위치 구조물을 포함하는 항공기 절연체 블랭킷.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코어층이 두께가 약 2.54m(1인치)인 폴리이미드 포움층을 포함하는 항공기 절연체 블랭킷.
- 다수의 유리 섬유층; 상기 다수의 유리 섬유층 사이에 배치된 코어 구조물을 함께 포함하며, 상기 코어 구조물의 밀도가 상기 다수의 유리 섬유층의 밀도 보다 작은 항공기 절연체 블랭킷.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
