Claims (2)

  1. 케이싱(10)을 둘로 나누어서 구동부(30)와 인쇄부(20)를 형성하고, 상기 구동부(30)는 프런트 패널(12)로 덮는 동시에, 상기 인쇄부(20)는 개폐형 커버(11)로 덮어 닫고, 상기 커버(11)는 그 한쪽 가장자리(111)를 회전 가능하게 지지하는 쪽으로 하여, 다른쪽 가장자리(112)를 적어도 90도 회동하도록 구성하고, 상기 인쇄부(20)는 서멀인쇄 헤드(21)와 이 서멀인쇄 헤드(21)와 눌러 접하는 플레이턴 롤러(22)와, 이 플레이턴 롤러(22)와 직렬형상으로 형성된 검출부(24) 및 라벨 테이프의 롤체(40´)를 수용하는 수용부(23)를 구비하고, 상기 서멀인쇄 헤드(21)는 헤드홀더(25)에 의하여 유지되는 동시에, 이 헤드홀더(25)는 상기 커버(11)의 회전 가능하게 지지하는 한쪽 가장자리(111)와 상기 커버(11)의 회전 가능하게 지지하는 한쪽 가장자리(111)와 대향하는 쪽을 회전 가능하게 지지되어서 다른쪽을 적어도 90도 회동하도록 구성하고, 상기 플레이턴 롤러(22)와 상기 검출부(24)와 상기 수용부(23)는, 상기 헤드홀더(25)가 윗쪽으로 회동하여 서멀인쇄 헤드(21)가 회동 이행한 때에 전면적으로 노출되는 수평형상의 전개로(20´)를 형성하도록 배치하고, 상기 검출부(24)는 상기 전개로(20´)에 늘려펴놓은 라벨 테이프(40)의 라벨위치를 검출하도록 구성되는 한편, 상기 수용부(23)는 라벨 테이프의 롤체(40´)를 수용하는 윗쪽개구의 오목실 형상으로 만들고, 상기 구동부(30)는, 이 구동부(30)에 형성한 입력수단에 의해 상기 전기회로(31)에 입력된 인쇄 데이터를, 상기 서멀인쇄 헤드(21)를 구동함으로써, 상기 라벨(41)에 인쇄하는 동시에, 상기 검출신호에 의해, 상기 라벨 테이프(40)의 위치결정을 행하면서 상기 플레이턴 롤러(22)의 구동수단을 구동하여 상기 라벨 테이프(40)를 이행시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 라벨 프린터 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄부(20)에 상기 헤드홀더(25)가 아래쪽으로 회동시에 폐쇄되는 보장 스위치(26)를 형성하여, 이에 따라 상기 서멀인쇄 헤드(21)가 플레이턴 롤러(22)에 눌러 접했을때만, 상기 전기회로(31)가 통전하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 라벨 프린터 장치.
