Claims (11)
- 전도성 피복물을 제 1 시이트의 표면 상에 도포하는 단계와, 상기 제 1 시이트에 제 2 시이트를 중첩하는 관계로 위치시키되 상기 전도성 피복물이 상기 제 1 시이트와 상기 제 2 시이트 간에 놓이게 위치시키는 단계와, 상기 제 1 시이트를 상기 제 2 시이트에 고착시키는 단계를 포함하는 적층물을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 전도성 피복물에 대한 전기적 통로를 제공하는 전기적 통로 제공 단계와 ; 상기 전기적 통로의 적어도 일부분이 노출되게 상기 제 2 시이트를 개구를 제공하는 개구 제공 단계와 ; 상기 전기적 통로의 상기 노출된 부분에 전기 리이드를 고착시키는 고착 단계와 ; 상기 전기적 통로를 가요성 에폭시 물지질로 피복하여 상기 전기적 통로에 습기가 스며드는 것이 감소되게 하는 피복단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전기적 통로 제공단계는 상기 피복물의 대향하는 양쪽 연부를 따르며 상기 피복물에 의해 상호 접속되는 제 1 및 제 2 전도성 모선을 제공하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 모선들 각각의 일부분은 상기 제 1 시이트의 일 주변연부로 연장하며, 상기 개구 제공단계는 상기 모선의 상기 일부분 부근에 상기 제 2 시이트의 일주변연부를 따라 노치영역을 제공하여 상기 개구 제공단계후에 상기 모선의 상기 일부분들이 노출되게 하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 피복단계는 상기 노치영역을 상기 밀폐제로 채우는 단계를 포함하는 방법.

- 제 1 유전체 기판과 ; 상기 제 1 유전체 기판의 주표면상의 전도성 부재와 ; 상기 제 1 유전체 기판의 상기 주표면을 따라 상기 전도성 부재에 전기적 통로를 제공하는 전기적 통로 수단과 ; 상기 제 1 유전체 기판의 상기 주표면상에 중첩되고 고착되는 제 2 유전체 기판을 포함하며, 상기 전기적 통로 수단의 선택된 부분들은 상기 제 1 유전체 기판과 상기 제 2 유전체 기판사이에 위치되고 상기 전기적 통로 수단의 다른 부분들은 노출되게 한 투명체에 있어서, 상기 전기적 통로 수단의 상기 노출된 부분을 덮는 가요성 에폭시 밀폐제를 포함하는 투명체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 부재는 상기 제 1 유전체 기판의 상기 주표면상의 전도성 피복물이며, 상기 전기적 통로 수단을 상기 피복물의 대향하는 양쪽 연부를 따라 위치하고 상기 피복물에 의해 상호 접속되는 제 1 및 제 2 전도성 모선과 상기 모선의 상기 다른 부분들의 노출을 위한 상기 제 2 기판내의 적어도 하나의 개구를 포함하는 투명체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 모선의 상기 다른 부분들은 상기 제 1 기판의 일 주변연부로 연장하고, 상기 개구는 상기 모선의 상기 노출된 부분들에서 상기 제 2 기판의 일부변연부를 따르는 노치영역이며, 상기 가요성 에폭시 밀폐제가 실질적으로 상기 노치영역을 채우는 투명체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 에폭시 밀폐제와 상기 노치영역의 적어도 일부분간의 시발체 층을 더 포함하는 투명체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 시발체는 실란계 시발체인 투명체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
