Claims (9)

  1. 원심 주조법으로 제조된 외층 및 축부를 포함하여 상기 외층 및 측부는 서로 야금학적으로 결합되고 상기 외층은 근본적으로 1 내지 4%의 C, 3% 이하의 Si, 1.5% 이하의 Mn, 4% 이하의 Ni, 2 내지 15%의 Cr 8% 이하의 Mo, 20% 이하의 W, 2 내지 10%의 V 그리고 잔부는 거의 철과 소량의 불순물로 구성되고 C(%)+0.4V(%)의 값은 6.0 이하인 것을 특징으로하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철계합금이 Ti, Zr 및 Nb에서 선택한 하나 이상의 요소도 5 중량부 이하를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철계합금은 15 중량부 이하의 Co로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 철계합금은 15 중량부 이하의 Co로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축부는 구성흑연 주철로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축부는 회주철로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축부는 그라파이트 주강으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축부는 2.0 중량부 이하의 C를 함유하는 주강으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
  9. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축부는 회주철 또는 구상흑연 주철로 이루어지고 상기 외층과 축부 사이의 중간층이 제공되어 있으며 상기 중간층은 2.5 중량부 이하의 C를 함유하는 철계합금으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내마모성 복합롤.
