Claims (5)
- (1)하기식(I)의-아미노산의-에스테르를 산성조건하에 아질산과 반응시켜 아미노기를 히드록시기로 전환시켜 하기식(Ⅱ)의-알콕시카르보닐--히드록시카르복실산을 수득하고, (2)-알콕시카르보닐--히드록시 카르복실산(Ⅱ)을 암모니아와 반응시켜 알콕시 카르보닐기를 아미드기로 전환시켜 하기식(Ⅲ)의-아미모카르보닐--히드록시 카르복실산을 수득하고, (3)-아미노카르보닐--히드록시 카르복실산 (Ⅲ)을 활성 할로겐과 반응시켜 아미도기를 아미노기로 전환시켜-아니모--히드록시 카르복실산(Ⅳ)을 수득하는 : 단계들로 이루어지는, 하기식(Ⅳ)의 광학적 활성-아미노--히드록시 카르복실산의 제조방법.(상기식에서 n은 1 또는 2 이고 R은 C1C7알킬기 또는 아랄킬기이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, (1)단계에서 아세트산으로 산성화된 수성 매체내에서 아질산의 알킬기 금속염 및 알칼리 토금속염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 아릴산염으로써 아미노기를 히드록시기로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 차아염소산나트륨을 사용하여 할로겐을 생성시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(I)이 L--아미노산의-에스테르인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,-에스테르가 메틸에스테르인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
