Claims (1)
- 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 7-아미노세팔로스포라닐산으로부터 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 세펨유도체를 제조하는데 있어서, 다음 구조식(II)로 표시되는 7-아미노세팔로스포라닐산의 아미노기를 보호한 후에 다음 구조식(III)으로 표시되는 메틸할라이드나 다음 구조식(IV)로 표시되는 디아조메탄을 사용하여 4-위치의 카르복실산기를 보호하고, 아미노보호기를 제거한 후에 아세톤 수용액중에서 PLE(pig liver esterase)를 사용하여 가수분해시킴으로써 카르복실산보호기를 제거하여서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(I)로 표시되는 세펨유도체의 제조방법.상기식들 중에서, R은 수소이거나 치환 또는 비치환된 알킬기, 할로겐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 알케닐기, 또는 방향족 헤테로기를 나타내고, X는 할로겐을 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
