Description

자동차용 헤드램프 장착시 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트 결합구조

본 고안은 자동차용 헤드램프 조립시 램프의 베젤(bezel)과 마운팅브라켓트의 결합구조에 관한 것이다.
통상적으로 자동차용 헤드램프를 조립할 때 차체에 부착되는 마운팅브라켓트에 헤드램프의 반사경이 장착되고 이 반사경을 둘러싸는 베젤이 장착되어지는 바, 그런데 종래의 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트의 결합구조는 베젤둘레주위와 마운팅브라켓트 둘레부위에 스크류와 이 스크류가 나사체결되는 보스를 여러개 설치하여 상기 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트를 결합시키도록 되어 있다.
그러나 이와 같은 종래의 결합방식은 일일이 스크류체결을 해야하기 때문에 자연히 결합공정 신간이 많이 소요되고 더욱이, 보스에 스크류를 체결할 때 스크류 체결위치의 올바른 선정에도 많은 시간이 소요되어지는 등 작업공정에 합리성이 요구되어졌다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 제반문제를 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 보다 빠른 시간내에 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트를 조립할 수 있으면서 그 결합방식을 간단하게 개량시킨 헤드램프의 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트의 결합구조를 제공함이 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안에 따른 결합구조는, 차체에 부착되는 마운팅브라켓트에 반사경이 장착되고, 이 반사경 둘레를 감싸는 베젤이 마운팅브라켓트에 창착되되, 상기 베젤의 상부 둘레면에는 끼워걸림탄성편들이 스크류를 매개로 고정되고, 이 끼워걸림탄성편들이 상기 마운팅브라켓트의 대응부분에 형성된 끼움구멍에 삽입되어 이루어진 구조로 되어 있다.
이하, 본 고안을 첨부된 예시도면에 의거 상세히 설명한다.
본 고안에 따른 헤드램프의 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트의 결합구조는 베젤(1)이 반사경(2) 둘레에 장착되어 마운팅브라켓트(3)와 체결되어지는 공지의 결합구조에 있어서, 상기 베젤(1)의 상부둘레면(4)에 스크류(5)와 맞춤돌기(6)를 매개로 고정장착되는 화살모양의 끼워걸림탄성편(7)들이 상기 마운팅브라켓트(3)의 대등부분에 형성된 끼움구멍 (8)들에 각각 삽입되어 결합되어지도록 되어 있다.
도면중 미설명부호, 9는 오목부이다.
이상과 같이 이루어진 본 고안의 조립과정을 설명하면 반사경(2)이 도면에 도시되지 않은 차체에 부착된 마운팅브라켓트(3)에 공지의 방식대로 장착되어지고, 상기 반사경(3) 둘레를 감싸는 베젤(1)이 마운팅브라켓트(3)에 결합되어지는데, 상기 베젤(1)의 상부둘레면(4)에는 화살모양의 끼워걸림탄성편(7)들이 스크류(5)와 맞춤돌기(6)를 매개로 고정부착되어 있으므로, 상기 끼워걸림탄성편(7)의 오목부(9)들이 마운팅브라켓트(3)의 각자의 끼움구멍(8)에 삽입되어져서 제3도에 도시된 바와같이 결합되어진다.
이때 상기 끼워걸림탄성편(7) 앞쪽부위는 마운팅브라켓트(3)의 끼움구멍(8)에 원활하게 끼워지기 위하여 만곡진 부분으로 형성되어 있으므로 조립자가 손쉽게 결합시킬 수 있도록 되어 있다.
상기와 같이 본 고안은 베젤(1)에 끼워걸림탄성편(7)을 부착시키고 이 끼워걸림탄성편(7)이 마운팅브라켓트(3)의 끼움구멍(8)에 손쉽게 끼워져서 결합되어지므로 헤드램프의 조립시 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트의 조립결합을 간편하게 할 수 있으면서 그 작업시간을 단축시켜 생산성 향상을 기할 수 있도록 되어 있다.

  1. 베젤(1)이 반사경(2) 둘레에 장착되어 마운팅부라켓트(3)에 결합되어지는 자동차용 헤드램프장착시 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트의 결합구조에 있어서, 상기 베젤(1)의 상부둘레면(4)에 스크류(5)와 맞춤돌기(6)를 매개로 고정장착되어지는 화살모양의 끼워걸림탄성편(7)들이 이에 대응되는 마운팅라켓트(3)에 형성된 끼움구멍(8)들에 각각 삽입되어 결합되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베젤과 마운팅브라켓트의 결합구조.
